The property was beautiful and the views were breathtaking. Very clean and convenient. The bed and linens were comfortable and clean. The room had a kitchen and a balcony to enjoy the gorgeous views of the Tuscan landscape.

A little let down

I was very excited about our stay at this agriturismo but was a bit let down by the property itself. We stayed at a total of ten hotels during our trip to Italy and this was my least favorite. The previous agriturismo we lodged at was incredible and packed full of flowers and wildlife, this one was a slightly run down property with a small vineyard behind. The pool was not well kept and the rooms were minimal. The AC did not work well so it was hard to sleep at night. This is as an affordable hotel so it may be a case of “you get what you pay for”. Montalcino is a little less luxe than it’s neighboring regions in general. I would recommend opting for village stay over a farm stay in this Case. The highlight of our stay was catching a beautiful sunset, which was visible from the property.

Wonderful

Wonderful (and too short) experience! Beautiful house in an amazing peaceful location, only 5 min drive from cute Montalcino village. Pretty views from every corner of the place on the Tuscan hills and vineyards. From the moment we arrived, we felt relaxed. We loved the pool area where we spent whole afternoon. Breakfast was great, there was standard fresh variety of food plus a lot of nice homemade cakes which was a great bonus. Coffee was lovely as well. Wish we stayed longer but we are definitely coming back in the future!

The room and property was clean and relaxing. The staff were helpful but have limited hours onsite. The breakfast was delicious. I enjoyed the wine tasting onsite. No laundry on site so you will have to drag your laundry into town if needed.
