Turners Falls /Great Falls is one of 5 villages in the town of Montague. It's a vibrant, diverse area that runs along the Connecticut River. Our lovingly designed guest suite is situated 17 miles from the UMass Amherst Campus, 8.2 miles from Northfield Mount Hermon, 2 miles from downtown Turners Falls and 2.6 miles from downtown Greenfield. If you are looking for a private and bright studio space with beautiful natural light and a modern vintage feel this guest retreat is for you. I look forward to hosting you!

The space
This first floor suite has a private entrance and lock. It connects to the main house, but is separate and closed off providing privacy. It also connects to a beautiful sunroom. Both heat (baseboard electric) and air-conditioning (a window unit in spring and summer) can be controlled by guests for your comfort.

This beautiful sun soaked space offers a large credenza and complete walk in closet with abundant storage and extra bedding. There is a comfortable "Thread and Needle" mattress and queen sized bed with quality linens as well as a luxurious daybed that can be used as a couch and a twin.
The room includes a kitchenette. (Please note this is not a full kitchen and there is no stove). The kitchenette includes; a Keurig coffee maker and coffee pods, a smaller (3/4) refrigerator, microwave, electric water-kettle and a toaster. There are paper products, mugs and glasses, cutlery and cutting boards as well. Feel free to use the bathroom sink to rinse dishes but please be sure that all food scraps are disposed of in the trash.

The bathroom offers a full bathtub and shower with a large pedestal sink. There is a hair dryer, iron and ironing board, towels, hand soap, shampoo/conditioner and a first aid kit for guests' convenience.

In the large walk-in closet you will find a pack n' play baby crib as well, extra pillows and blankets and a massage table.

The baseboard electric heat can be adjusted to your comfort, but please turn it down when you leave for extended periods as it is very inefficient.

Sweet suite

The suite was just as discribe. It was very clean, quiet and in a great location. The host was very responsive. The suite is attatched to the hosts home but has a separate entrence, seperate bathroom and is a spacious room. The bed was very comfortable. The only thing to note is that there is no tv. This would be a nice addition.

Pleasant Pad to Bunk

The location of this space was perfect, only a mile from our family’s location. The first floor apartment provided more than adequate room for us to refresh, recharge, and rest during our one week’s stay in the area. The queen sized bed was incredibly comfortable, while the oversized closet provided more than enough room for clothes and personal effects. The Keurig machine was delightful to brew hot tea and coffee. The pull out sofa provided additional space for snoozing. Overall, a very enjoyable and quiet VRBO. Thank you kindly for your wonderful hospitality.
