Thanks for staying with us! Checkout time is 10:00am. Take out at all trash and recycling. Cans are against the large white garage in parking lot. Brown is trash, Green is recycling
Place all dishes in the dishwasher and start it with the provided tabs under the sink. Wipe down any surfaces that need it. Turn off all lights and lock the door on your way out.
If you have pets. Leave no evidence of a pet in the unit, no hair or mess inside the unit. Clean up after your dog outside as well. If this is not done there is $150 cleaning fee
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

We were in town for a sports tournament and stumbled upon this amazing VRBO right near the sports complex. It was super convenient and also close to all the best food and entertainment spots. The VRBO had everything a family could ever need, no matter how long we were there. The host was super responsive and easy to talk to, and they made sure everything went smoothly during our stay. Top Notch Rental!!

Great rental with everything you need to make your stay comfortable. We were in town for a soccer showcase at both Warren Co. and VOA soccer complexes so this location was perfect for us. The rental has everything you need to cook during your stay and the host has all the little extras on hand as well. We will make sure to book again when we are back in town!

Clean and well appointed condo in Monroe

My sister and I had a great time during our “walk down memory lane”, while in Monroe. We were there to visit with family and to see the spectacular Total Solar Eclipse. We were very comfortable staying in your immaculate condo. We found it to be well located, as well as very clean and well appointed. We would definitely book this property again.
