Starting from the arrival, the welcoming was extraordanary! We felt immediatly at home. Place is more spacious than the photos depict! We will go back, extremely good location for trips to Nice, Monaco, San Remo, Ventimiglia, etc... Kitchen super provided, Bbq with charcoal, bedrooms with airco and so much more. Best hosts ever ;)

Wonderful property and hosts

I cannot recommend enough how good the accommodation and hosts were. The property was superb - very modern, great facilities, the pool was perfect for our needs. The hosts were extremely thoughtful and prepared the accommodation perfectly - very clean and lots of thought put into our needs and setting up the house with all the things we needed during our stay. I would stay here any chance I could!

Menton

Das Haus von Laurence und Vincent war wundervoll. Der Check - in lief reibungslos ab..sehr herzliche Vermieter... Einmal in der Woche kommt ein sehr netter junger Mann der sich um den Pool und den Garten kümmert, der im übrigen auch deutsch spricht. Laurence und Vincent hinterließen auch drei Handynummern wo man jederzeit anrufen kann wenn man Fragen hat. In der Küche ist alles vorhanden was das Herz begehrt und man darf alles an Lebensmittel benutzen was vorhanden ist (bitte zuerst in der Küche den rechten Schrank öffnen und schauen was schon alles da ist damit man nicht unnötiges kauft).. Waschmaschine -Waschküche -Wäscheständer alles vorhanden. Die klimatisierten Schlafzimmer sind alle groß genug und bieten viel Platz auch die Bäder sehr schön. Der außenbereich ist mit einem großen Grill ausgestattet alles vorhanden und der Pool ist wunderbar. Der Weg zum Supermarkt ist sehr kurz und zu Fuß gut erreichbar einfach oben Garagentor raus das ist der kürzeste Weg.. wir hatten kein Auto und haben alles sehr gut zu Fuß erreicht auch zum Strand. Der Weg ist fast flach nur ein kurzes Stück geht bergauf. Bäcker ist gleich wenn man unten ankommt Links und man kann dort wenn man will jeden Tag sein Frühstück holen. Zuganbindungen sind top alle 15 Minuten. Nun zum Schluss ein großes Dankeschön an Laurence und Vincent ..es war ein wundervoller UrlaubGanz liebe Grüße aus Bayern

Un très bon séjour qui a débuté par un accueil chaleureux des propriétaires avec un tas de petites attentions très appréciables pour notre arrivée. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Ein sehr geräumiges Ferienhaus mit gehobener Ausstattung: Eine wunderbare neuwertige Küche mit Granitplatte, großem Kühlschrank + Eiscrusher, ein großzügiges Wohnzimmer mit Flatscreen, drei Schlafzimmern mit Doppelbetten, einem wunderschönen Außenbereich mit Pool, Liegestühlen, Gartengrill, einem großen, schattenspendenden Baum… Dazu total nette Vermieter, die drei Stunden Autofahrt auf sich nahmen, um uns persönlich zu begrüßen mit Sekt und Obst und uns anschließend eine gute Hauseinweisung gaben. Super lieb! Lediglich die Umgebungsbebauung hätten wir uns nicht so dicht vorgestellt: Da das Haus jedoch auf einer Anhöhe liegt und dem im Tal liegenden Stadtkern + dem Meer zugewandt ist, hat das nicht groß gestört - und auch Garten und Pool waren nicht von den Nachbarn einsehbar. Und für die Stechmücken können die Besitzer nichts! 🙂 Kurzum: Ein Volltreffer und absolut empfehlenswert! Man sollte jedoch gut zu Fuß sein, da der Weg in die Stadt und ans Meer mit einigen Treppen verbunden ist und Menton hügelig gelegen ist.

Skønt hus med lækkert udendørs område

Vi boede 6 i dette skønne, nye hus. Alt var lækkert og specielt opholdt vi os megen af tiden udenfor på den store terasse med flot udsigt og lækker pool. Der er 8 minutters gang til stort supermarked, og med husets store køkken var det nemt at lave mad om aftenen - hvis vi ikke valgte at gå ned til byen. Huset ligger højt med flot udsigt, så der er lige 15 minutters gang til stranden og byen. Det er stenstrand som de fleste strande på den kyst, så vi nød faktisk mest vores egen pool. Værtsparret er super søde, og vi giver de bedste anbefalinger herfra.

Fantastic Villa

Spacious villa with a pool and excellent views of the sea. Everything you need is there. The beach can be reached in 15 minutes by foot. The friendly host family carried out the check-in personally and explained everything necessary. Highly recommended!

Very very great

We arrived and were welcomed from the owner very nicely. They are both very kind an courteous. The house and the location is perfekt in an quite area of Menton. The Beach is not fare away, but for our kids preferred the fantastic pool. For the hot weather, we used intensiv the fridge with the ice maker. We liked our time there very much. Thanks for all :)

Nous avons chaleureusement été accueillis par Laurence et Vincent dans une très belle maison moderne, tout le confort pour y passer 15 jours (voire plus, voire toute une vie). Le calme, les cigales, la vue sur la mer, la piscine, que demander de plus. Nous avons découvert la magnifique ville de Menton, le centre ville très sympa pour se balader, faire les boutiques, déjeuner ou dîner. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié ce séjour. Magnifique!

Eine wunderschöne Villa, sehr ruhig gelegen und dennoch Bäcker und Supermarkt in Laufentfernung. Zum Ortskern und zum Strand ist es doch ein längerer Fußmarsch, aber weder der Strand von Menton noch der Ortskern waren unser regelmäßiges Ziel, da wir Strände und Orte in der Umgebung angesteuert haben. Die Villa ist in punkcto Geschmack und Komfort auf Topniveau, es hat nichts gefehlt, im Gegenteil, die Kinder haben sich über die Tischtennisplatte und ich mich über den Gasgrill draußen gefreut, der allabendlich betrieben wurde. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett, sympathisch und zuvorkommend und bei Problemen jeder Art gut zu erreichen gewesen (wobei es eigentlich keine Probleme gab!). Jederzeit wieder! Preis-Leistungsverhältnis m.E. völlig o.k.
