COSY NATURE GITE, QUIET, ski in ski out - Parking

Our cottage "PeyraMonta", takes its name from the path that passes next to the house and which joins the village of St VĂ©ran.

The Molines / St VĂ©ran ski resort can be reached by ski from the chalet. It is 800 meters away. The resort offers different services such as: ESF ski school, several restaurants, sports shop and a daycare center in particular. The good restaurant of the Baita du Loup, is 80 m from the house.

The house is an authentic Queyras farm, located in the hamlet of Chalp in St VĂ©ran. Its living space is about 75m2, it can accommodate 5 people. The house has an independent entrance and its own terrace facing south east. A large table is available outside.

The cottage was completely renovated in 2015, consists of a large living room and 2 comfortable bedrooms. While staying in the town of St VĂ©ran, you will be quiet in this representative hamlet of Queyras.

During your stay, no need to use your vehicle:

From the house you can ski and join a snow-covered downhill Molines en Queyras ski resort, you access the Nordic ski area of the High Trace Escartons, or go snowshoeing on marked trails. In summer, you will leave from home hiking (GR58 and others). All outdoor activities available.(fishing, mountain biking, paragliding, tree climbing, climbing ...)

Charming house in a great location

This property is exactly as depicted. There are some lovely views, it’s in top-notch location, a wonderful village, accessible to all the best hikes and the chalet is spotless and has all the amenities you will need. One word of caution: the bedrooms are upstairs, the toilet is downstairs, the stairs are quite steep, so if you need to use the restroom at night it can be challenging.

In 2 adulti piĂč 3 bambini (6-9 anni) non ci si sente stretti in casa, c'Ăš tutto il necessario ed anche un po' di spazio sia dentro che fuori per far giocare i bambini. Il posto Ăš tranquillo e sulla stradina passano solo un po' di persone a piedi. Il parcheggio, se da condividere con gli inquilini della parte posteriore della casa (altro appartamento indipendente), Ăš stretto ed occorre un po' di pratica per infilarci l'auto.In generale siamo stati bene e non ci spiacerebbe tornare.

Belle découverte du Queyras

Ski alpin depuis le logement depuis un sentier pieton et retour hors piste jusqu'au chalet . Ski de fond tout pres avec tres belle montée au refuge de la Blanche. Mais voiture nécessaire pour apprecier la region et changer de station pour rentabiliser le forfait. Logement tres bien équipé et tres coquet. Belle ambiance de montagne. Television non testee. Reseau free non disponible mais wifi du chalet ok. De beaux souvenirs.

Un sejour agréable dans un endroit calme et atypique, logement trÚs bien équipé. Nous simles deux retraités d'une soixantaine d'année et nous recherchions des vacances ressourssante et ce fût le cas , par contre avec des enfants en bas ùge c'est moins approprié... Le petit bémol de ne pas pouvoir se stationner devant le logement.

Wir hatten schöne vierzehn Tage in diesem schönen und gemĂŒtlichen Haus verbracht und die Natur, die gute Luft und die Ruhe genossen. Nachdem wir sehr freundlich empfangen wurden, fanden wir alles vor, was wir brauchten. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet und gemĂŒtlich eingerichtet. Die Gastgeber sind sehr nett und zuvorkommend.

GĂźte La Chalp de Saint-VĂ©ran : Le Caset Ce que nous avons aimĂ© : - Emplacement de La Chalp de Saint-VĂ©ran (Ă  deux km du joli village de Saint-VĂ©ran) : magnifique dĂ©part de randonnĂ©es superbes. - Gentillesse de la personne qui accueille et de la propriĂ©taire qui rĂ©sidait Ă  proximitĂ© pendant notre sĂ©jour. - La piĂšce Ă  vivre est agrĂ©able et bien amĂ©nagĂ©e. Ce qui nous a gĂȘnĂ©s : Le gite ne permet pas de bien profiter de la vue sur l’extĂ©rieur en raison des importants vis-Ă -vis : - La grande baie vitrĂ©e de la chambre proche de la douche ne donne pas sur la montagne mais sur la terrasse du repas des voisins. - La fenĂȘtre de la chambre en haut de l’escalier donne sur un arbre et sur la maison voisine. - La fenĂȘtre de la salle de douche donne sur le chemin oĂč passent les randonneurs au mĂȘme niveau. - La mini-terrasse avec table donne sur le chemin extĂ©rieur, sans intimitĂ© possible. Ce gite nous aurait mieux convenu en hiver, oĂč l'on se calfeutre, qu'en Ă©tĂ© oĂč l'on souhaite voir l'extĂ©rieur.
