Non-annoying semi-detached villa of 51m2 + 50m2 outdoor terrace on a private plot of 200m2 with private parking on the plot, located in the GolfOcéan residence in Moliets and Maâ.
It is composed of a main room serving as a living and dining room with a convertible sofa for 2, a bedroom with a large 160 bed (260 by 240 cm duvet, 200 by 200 cm duvet available), a sleeping area with a 2 seater convertible sofa and a bunk bed for 1 person / child. A bathroom with bath and sink, separate WC and a fully equipped kitchen. The house is ideal for 5 people (4 in winter) but possibility of 7 beds.
Terrace of 50 m2 facing south overlooking the forest, not overlooked, with garden furniture, parasol and plancha available. The house is equipped with a wood stove, wood is at your disposal for a small outbreak in winter season.
Swimming pool in the residence 100m from the house (June 15 to September 15).
Located 200 m from the Moliets International Golf Course and 1,500 m from the Ocean, in the pine forest, this house offers many leisure possibilities: cycle and hiking trails, renowned surf spots (surf schools, internships) , horse riding, canoeing, tree climbing, mini-golf, lakes and ponds for fishing, etc ...
All shops are nearby (food, restaurants etc ...) A farmer's market is held 5 km every day, and you can find all the products of the South West directly from the producers (Duck confits, foie gras, armagnac, asparagus). Regional gastronomy is renowned and many restaurants will allow you to discover it.
You can reach Biarritz in 40 minutes, St Jean de Luz, the Inland Basque Country, Spain in 1 hour.
Provide your sheets (and duvet cover) as well as your bathroom linen, towels. The house is clean on arrival, cleaning is not included but can be done in addition (€ 50 to give to the person on site).

Ein schöner Urlaub am Atlantik

Das Haus ist sehr schön ruhig in einer Ferienhaus Siedlung gelegen. Gute Ausstattung des Hauses. Der Strand ist riesig und die Wellen das Atlantiks sind beeindruckend. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Wir haben dort eine sehr schöne Woche verbracht.

Calme et sérénité

La maison de David est un havre de paix, au calme de l'impasse, sans vis à vis et avec une magnifique terrasse entourée de verdure. L'intérieur est très bien pensé pour optimiser l'espace et décoré avec goût. David répond très rapidement aux questions s'il y en a, il est très attentif et agréable. Tout est donc réuni pour passer d'excellentes vacances comme nous l'avons fait 😊

Nous avons passé 1 très bon séjour : lieu relaxant, terrasse très agréable, ensoleillée presque toute la journée et donnant sur un paysage apaisant, maison aussi agréable à vivre et toute équipée (il ne manque plus que la table de Ping Pong !;). Schönes Häuschen in ruhiger Umgebung

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in diesem kleinen, aber hübschen Haus mit einer großen Terrasse und einem herrlichen Blick in den Pinienwald. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut und es ist alles gut durchdacht. Strand, Tennis- und Golfplatz sowie das Zentrum sind mit dem Fahrrad super zu erreichen. David ist sehr hilfsbereit und korrekt. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.
