Welcome to “902 Royal Océan La Prade” This comfortable villa has been completely renovated recently and includes:

- two bedrooms with two double beds (160 x 200 cm);
- one bedroom with two single beds (0.90 x 190 cm);
- two functional, new shower rooms;
- a separate toilet + the one in the master bedroom;
- a fully equipped kitchen with dining area;
- a beautifully decorated and cozy living room where you can relax after a day out;
- a lovely 500 m² garden with a generously sized 10 x 5 meter swimming pool and an outdoor shower complete the above description of the interior: you are at home and the garden is enclosed.

You can walk around the house and the pool with its wooden and stone terrace is on the west side, with no direct neighbors. There is also a wooden summer kitchen, providing a convivial bar area not far from the pool. You will particularly appreciate the comfortable elegance and practicality of the house and the tranquility of its garden.

During your stay, you will have access to: Parking, Wi-Fi, Television, Washing machine, Iron, Dishwasher, Microwave, Oven, Coffee machine, etc. Sheets and towels are included in the cleaning fee.

The accommodation is located:

- 11 minutes' walk from the Moliets golf course;
- 7 minutes by bike from the lake;
- 10 minutes by bike from Plage des Chênes Lièges beach and the town center.

## Emplacement
The “Club Royal Océan la Prade” estate, where your house is located, is very peaceful and made up of 50 villas with large gardens and swimming pools. It is set near the vast grounds of the Moliets International Golf Course. The villa is just a 10-minute bike ride from a beautiful beach, “Les Chênes Lièges,” also known as the “green beach.” It’s quiet and secluded, and the cycle path leading there runs alongside the Moliets golf course, everything can be done calmly and easily, without a car.

A second beach, also about 10 minutes away by bike, is Moliets’ “central beach,” livelier and surrounded by bars and restaurants so you can choose your spot depending on your mood!

The famous Vélodyssée, the long-distance cycling route that crosses France from Nantes to Hendaye, passes nearby (just 5 minutes away), offering wonderful rides through pine forests with no difficulty.

At the mouth of the Courant d’Huchet, nestled between Vieille-Saint-Girons and Vieux-Boucau-les-Bains, the village of Moliets-et-Maâ perfectly embodies the oceanic charm of the Landes coast. Tucked behind the dunes and pine forests, this seaside resort boasts a wild coastline, long golden sandy beaches, waves that delight surfers, and the undeniable beauty of the Landes landscape.

The Moliets village center is just a 10-minute bike ride away, or only a few minutes by car. There you’ll find a Super U Express supermarket, two bakeries, a butcher, wine shop, newsstand, and a large pharmacy as well as several restaurants if you feel like enjoying a nice meal out. I’d be happy to share my favorite local spots with you!

The village center has an authentic Landes atmosphere, with a lovely public garden and the charming Château Magenta ... definitely worth discovering!
