3 Bedroom Ground Floor Apartment

This three bedroom apartment is located on the popular Los Atalayones complex just a short walk from the beach and the most popular bars and restaurants on Mojacar Playa.
The development offers several large swimming pools as well as two children’s pool and beautifully landscaped gardens.
The apartment is accessed via secure gates and located on the ground floor perfect for families with easy access to the swimming pool which is only a few meters from the apartment’s terrace.
As you enter the apartment you have the family bathroom on the left complete with full size bath, WC, bidet and wash basin. The modern gloss orange kitchen is fully equipped and includes oven, hob, fridge freezer, microwave and washing machine. The master bedroom is a large double with double bed with wardrobe and it has a door which opens out onto the terrace. The second and third bedrooms are both doubles with twin beds with also both have wardrobes. The lounge/dining room is bright and spacious and has sliding doors that open out onto the large terrace which offers superb views of the sea, gardens and swimming pools. This an excellent property, perfect for couples and families with a choice of swimming pools.
The apartment is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and space to spread out with 3 bedrooms. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, an electric kettle, and an ironing board.

Dissappinting

Property was clean enough, however beds were dreadful, double and singles were just camp beds with thin mattress’s. I slept on the sofa for a week, whilst my family just had to make do. My husband ended up with such a bad back. There was no satalite tv as stated, couldn’t even get normal tv stations

Staff were great, sadly apartment was a little tired probably as it was end of season, lots of broken things and very stained sofas, beds not overly comfortable, but I guess you get what you pay for. A little money spent by owners could change all the minor negatives. Lovely complex though, and still had a good holiday

Buen lugar para vacaciones

El complejo y el apartamento están bien, hemos disfrutado de un buen lugar, de las piscinas y de las instalaciones, y la cercanía a las playas. Como nota negativa, diremos que el apartamento No estaba demasiado limpio.

Cuándo llegamos la bañera estaba sucia, la escobilla del Estero y la alfombrilla de la bañera sucias , daban pena, la sombrilla de la terraza rota y suciedad en la habitación principal, bien es cierto que todo lo arreglaron rápido y todo el apartamento olía a cerrado
