My place is an entire private small one bedroom apartment that only the guests have use of. Pet friendly.
Located in a historic Victorian house in downtown Mobile, DeTonti Square District. NOVA EXPRESSO coffee shop just around the corner. Just blocks from popular Dauphin Street Downtown, walking distance. Many wonderful restaurants and clubs.
This apartment has recently been completely renovated with modern amenities like central air & heat, washer/dryer, new appliances. Very much like a high end condo with artwork and some antiques.
The apartment is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and space to spread out with a separate bedroom. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and an ironing board.

Great spot for a quick visit to mobile. My girls ( 2 shar pies) were allowed to stay with us which is a huge plus. Super cute apt. Looks like a museum inside. Gorgeous artwork. Porch swing was great too. Bring bug spray mosquitos were bad.

This was the perfect location. Close enough to walk to the historic downtown but far enough from the noise and traffic. The surrounding neighborhood was beautiful to walk through for a night stroll and it was nice to have parking right behind the house. This was a cute historic house and loved that there was a washer and dryer to use. Would definitely stay here again if in the area.

Communication was good on our stay. Location was okay but a little uneasy with all of the homeless on the street and some places abandoned or not maintained. Glad my husband was with me. I know the building is old however I feel it could have been much cleaner. Drawers had crumbs in them and other places had a lot of dust. The bed also sinks in the middle with 2 people in it.

The Victoria House was perfect! I'm not kidding the location, the neighborhood grocery, the neighborhood bakery, and coffee shop all less than 5min walk. I was in town for the MEGA Conference and loved my stay at the Victoria House. I parked my car on the street, got a 3 day unlimited LIME pass, 12 BTW and had full access to downtown Mobile. The house was clean, easy to access, and the host was very responsive. Don't give it a second thought . . . STAY at the Victoria House.
