Interior: The property itself is aesthetically pleasing and has clearly undergone a thoughtful, high-end renovation.Exterior: Leaves much to be desired from the driveway, and the pathway up to the front steps. The house itself is cute. Concerns: Despite the nice updates, our stay was impacted by a persistent, heavy mold/ mildew odor throughout the home. We felt it necessary to run the HVAC system and fans at maximum capacity for the duration of our stay just to make the air tolerable. I am sharing this not to be harsh, but out of genuine concern. A scent this pervasive often indicates an underlying moisture or fungal issue behind the walls or in the ductwork. Beyond the discomfort of the smell, this poses a legitimate health risk to guests—particularly those with respiratory sensitivities or allergies (which we have and were impacted).I strongly urge the owners to have a professional mold remediation assessment completed. Until this is resolved, I would hesitate to recommend this stay to others, as the beautiful renovations don't outweigh the air quality concerns. Otherwise, I would definitely consider staying here again.
