We are located one block off main street in downtown Moab which is the lively and vibrant area of town. You'll be within walking distance from the best restaurants, coffee shops, bars and shops, as well as local attractions like the Moab Information Center and Moab City park.

Other Things to Note:
Parking notes: There is free guest parking for customer only on the property. Trailer and larger vehicles can be parked in the street out front of the parking lot.
Hot Tub : For your comfort and safety we drain and replace our Hot Tub water early Sunday Mornings, This needed task in the winter months can or could result in the Hot Tub not reaching the desired Temperature until Monday.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with a separate bedroom. Other standard amenities include a coffee maker and a desk.

3-Day Stop on Way to the Midwest

Cannot say enough great things about this adorable, quaint, comfortable studio for our three night stay on our way to the midwest from WA state. Everything we could have needed was provided. Liked the code for entry to our room. Close to all the main street restaurants, shopping, groceries, etc. Enjoyed sitting in the comfortable courtyard outside our room, reading & relaxing. Absolutely recommend this place for your stay in Moab. Thank you!!

The unit was very cute and unique. We loved it! It had everything we needed and more. It is all set up for cooking, which is so nice! There were just two of us, but it might have been a little tight with kids in tow--although there is quite a bit of outside space. We would go back again!

This place is perfect for anyone staying a night or a week. Location is great and close to anything you may need. Very clean and the room had every thing (toaster/pans/microwave etc.) Party size would be 4 adults max.
