Apartamento de un dormitorio (cama doble, ropa de cama y toallas incluidas) con balcón y vista al mar. Hay un baño privado y cocina. El equipamiento adicional del apartamento incluye nevera, TV, cabezal de ducha, secador de pelo... Está en un pequeño pueblo de Polače en Mljet. Las playas están muy cerca y hay muchas actividades para realizar durante su estadía, como andar en bicicleta, hacer caminatas, hacer kayak o simplemente explorar las bellezas de la naturaleza.

Mljet es la más meridional y oriental de las islas más grandes del Adriático de Dalmacia. Es la isla más verde con vegetación mediterránea, un mar claro y limpio y una costa de arena suave. El Parque Nacional se extiende en el lado occidental de la isla (a lo largo de más de 54 km2) y ofrece senderos sombreados para caminar o andar en bicicleta, ruinas antiguas y lagos de agua salada. Las entradas al PN Mljet se encuentran en Polače y Pomena. Los lugares principales son Pomena, Polače y Sobra y en esos lugares puede encontrar supermercados, cajeros automáticos, restaurantes, agencias de viajes, tiendas de souvenirs, etc... La isla está conectada regularmente con Dubrovnik mediante un ferry desde Dubrovnik o Korčula, así como con un ferry para coches con la península de Pelješac en el continente croata. Polace es muy popular entre marineros y navegantes para fondear allí debido a su posición protegida. Tiene un par de restaurantes y cafeterías, además de una tienda de provisiones básicas. También hay varios lugares donde los huéspedes pueden alquilar bicicletas y scooters. Podrás elegir entre varios restaurantes para disfrutar de la cocina doméstica mediterránea o para relajarte en la playa. El pueblo tiene varias ruinas antiguas que datan de los siglos I al VI. El mayor significado es el palacio romano, de ahí el nombre "Polace" del siglo V, cuyas murallas dominan el pueblo. Este es uno de los edificios más grandes de Dalmacia de la época romana.

The sea views make the apartment.

The sea views from the apartment balcony are great. The host was very helpful - he met us off the ferry and took us to the apartment. Also arranged a taxi for our onward travels.

The best location to start exploring Mljet National Park, peaceful :)

Location is fantastic, great view from balcony, accommodation is good, basic kitchen, but quite well equipped with everything you need for preparing simple dishes (pasta/risotto), Bedroom has air condition, parking place secured, nice beach in front of apartment, small market/bakery in walking distance from apartment. Host Pero was really friendly

It was very close to Pomena where we docked. It had everything specified and the bed was very comfortable. The view was lovely of the sea and the owner was very friendly. There is also a path near the place where you can walk all the way up Mount Montokuc and that was breathtaking. Highly recommend at sunset. There are Ebikes to rent near by so you can explore the other villages nearby as well.

Glorious residence!

The apartment is small, basic, but clean and equipped with most things you could need for a short stay. The location is great, with a view over the harbour from the balcony (note: this is shared, with an obscured glass screen between, so it was a little awkward as you had neither privacy nor an easy way to just break the ice and communicate with the guests next-door - it would be better to either fully share the balcony, or install a proper opaque screen). In case you read earlier reviews which mentioned the lack of AC, air-conditioning *is* installed, and it works very well. Pero (Patricija's father) was the main contact for our visit. He was helpful, communicative and speaks quite good English. We briefly met other family members who live downstairs, all seemed very nice. Eating out in Polače was difficult for us, as vegetarians, there was not much on offer. The Studenac general store has enough to get by on, and the bakery was a life-saver, along with Porto Pizza.

High-end vacation!

Wir haben drei schöne Tage in Patricijas Apartment verbracht. Die Lage nah an dem Nationalpark und den römischen Ruinen ist super und die Aussicht vom Balkon und der kleine Strand vor der Haustür sind schön. Das Apartment ist geräumig und mit allem ausgestattet, was wir brauchten. Das Bett war bequem. Patricijas Vater Peter war sehr gastfreundlich und hilfsbereit. Er holte uns von der Fähre ab und bestellte uns ein Taxi für unsere Rückfahrt zum Nachbarort. Außerdem empfahl er uns das wunderbare Restaurant Konoba Antika, direkt um die Ecke, wo wir jeden Abend essen waren :) Vielen Dank an Peter und seine Familie!
