A fantastic location for anyone travelling between Osaka/Kyoto - Toyko, via Hakone. I picked this hotel for it reasonable price and fantastic facilities, the rooftop onsen was a great way to relex after a long day.

Very clean and very comfortable. Great for tourist who don’t speak Japanese. A little difficult to find it and the walk from the station was a bit longer than expected but still good!

For Japanese hotels, it's below standard. The bathroom is super small. While sitting in the toilet I cant move my legs. My legs hitting the bathroom door and I am a small person. I would ask Expedia to refund my payment. Terrible condition. Not happy at all.

The hotel is new and conveniently located right next to the train station. We were lucky to be able to see Mt Fuji from the room. Excellent selection of buffet breakfast. Sparkling clean room. Very professional staff. We had a very nice stay!

Overall this hotel was a great experience. The open air onsen was the star of the show. The view of mount fuiji was breathtaking! The one downside to this hotel was that there’s not a ton to do immediately surrounding the hotel, however it is literally right next to the station making travel convenient and easy.

Not as good as other hotels of the same chain. It is however conveniently located next to the main terminal for the bullet train. The rooms have nice big windows, but the view makes them unnecessary. It might be nice on the side where Mt. Fuji is, but not the other side and the black out curtains are not the best.

Hotel rooms are well equipped with a good size. The bathroom could be a bit more modern. The highlight is the indoor and outdoor onsen on top of the hotel with the possibility to see Mount Fuji (which we didn't).

Hotel conveniently located next to the Mishima Station (Shinkansen). with a wonderful view of Fuji san from the room. A very clean hot spring facility on the top floor with a view of the Mount Fuji. Recommend stay.
