Wooden house in Bohemian Paradise

Spend a nice holiday in the house on the sunny side in the hilly area. This wooden house is located in a quiet part of a protected area. In spring and summer listen to melodious birds singings, in the autumn watch the play of colours in mixed forests and in winter snowy hills. Place offers you a good level of comfort with five bedrooms, equipped kitchen, two toilets, and two bathrooms, one with bath tub and terrace outside. Parking place for four cars is common. On warm evenings you can sit around the outside fire, which is a very romantic experience... The house is perfect for two families with children and grandparents. Pets are allowed. We do not hide any costs out of the showed price, you see total price for your stay, except dog. For the dog you pay a small surcharge of 15 Euros.

Specials: Cervenice means „red earth“, it is typical feature there, because there was big volcanic activity in the past period and therefore had made the earth around the hill Kozakov deep red. Kozakov is world known place as habitat of precious stones, which were cuting and polishing in workshops in Turnov. Kozakov offer ideal conditions for paragliding

Der Gastgeber war super freundlich! Das Haus war mit allem sehr gut ausgestattet. Saubere Zimmer. Wie waren nur zum Wandern und zum Schlitten fahren da! Es war ein mega Erlebnis für alle! Wir waren sehr angetan von der Unterkunft.

Tolle Lage für Wanderungen ins Böhmische Paradies. Der Gastgeber gibt wertvolle Tipps, was man in der Umgebung erreichen kann. Das Haus ist sehr ruhig gelegen und es ist alles da, was man braucht. Die Sauna ist sehr schön an kühlen Oktobertagen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Fantastisch houten familie- of vriendenhuis in de natuur

Dit ruime houten vakantiehuis ligt prachtig aan een smal doodlopend asfaltweggetje in het Boheems Paradijs. Het is erg ruim en van alle gemakken voorzien, behalve wifi. Maar wij hadden goede 5G-verbinding ter plaatse. Perfecte uitvalsbasis voor een bezoek aan Bohemen en Praag (op ruim 1 uur rijden). De omliggende natuur en kastelen en stadjes (o.a. Jicin) zijn prachtig. Wij maakten ook een mooie dagtocht naar Jelenia Gora net over de grens in Polen, leuk! Zeer geschikt voor een actieve (wandel)vakantie. Wij klommen ook in de rotsbergen nabij het huis over houten ladders, leuk en spannend. Auto is nodig. Winkels binnen 10 minuten rijden.

schönes Ferienhaus in wunderbarer Natur

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in dem schönen, geräumigen Ferienhaus sehr genossen. Der Vermieter ist ausgesprochen herzlich und gibt gute Tipps für die Umgebung. Wir hatten sogar zur Begrüßung einen Kuchen im Kühlschrank. Das Haus an sich ist recht gut ausgestattet, aber ein wenig hellhörig. Wir hatten aber damit kein Problem. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind prima in ein paar Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Alles in allem hatten wir dort eine wirklich tolle Woche.

Pavels Holzhaus

Wir waren mit zwei Familen eine Woche vor Ostern 24 da. Bereits zwei Wochen vorab kontaktierte uns der Vermieter Pavel und gab uns Ausflugstipps und Informationen für die Ankunft. Wunderbar! Bei Ankunft hatte Pavel für uns den Ofen angeheizt und ein paar Stück Kuchen in den Kühlschrank gestellt - herrlich. Er spricht fließend Deutsch, zeigte uns das Haus und gab uns weitere Ausflugstips. Die Unterkunft entsprach genau der Beschreibung. Es ist mehr als ruhig und die Umgebung lädt quasi zum Wandern ein. Felsformationen und Burgen sowie Aussichtstürme in unmittelbarer Nähe. Wir haben zweimal Prag besucht, 1h Anfahrt über die Autobahn bis zum Stadtrand (P&R!!!) völlig akzeptabel. Die Sauna haben wir 3x benutzt, Kosten für die Nutzung exklusive aber völlig angemessen (20€ pro Nutzung)! Holz für den Ofen war trocken und genügend gehackt vorrätig. Als der Abfluss im Bad (Syphon Waschbecken) nicht richtig funktionierte, habe ich ihn schnell sauber gemacht, ich denke bei Anruf (Pavel wohnt 15min weg) hätte er es auch sofort organisiert - so ging es schneller :-) Alles in allem waren wir rundum zufrieden, Preis - Leistung aus unserer Sicht völlig in Ordnung, ein liebevolles, wenn auch schon älteres Holzhaus - und auch ohne WLAN lässt es sich aushalten. Schönes Haus in schöner Gegend

Sehr schönes Haus mit vielen Möglichkeiten. (Sauna, Kamin, Tischtennis) Sehr netter Vermieter. Gegend traumhaft schön. Vermieter stellt sehr gute Ausflugstipps zur Verfügung. An der ein oder anderen Stelle könnte es etwas sauberer sein oder mal Erneuerungen vorgenommen werden. Aber uns hat das nicht gestört und wir waren sehr zufrieden und würden definitiv wiederkommen. Modern, ruim huis

We hebben als vriendengroep van 11 personen zeer genoten van de vakantie in dit huisje in het buitengebied van smrcy. Het huis is ruim, in een leuke stijl gebouwd, volledig van hout, en om het huis was ook nog eens genoeg ruimte voor 5 autos en een kampvuur. We hebben ook gebruik gemaakt van de tafeltennistafel, ook de verande heeft ons een goede dienst bewezen. De omgeving is ook mooi, al heb je daar vanuit het huisje niet echt uitzicht op. In de buurt zijn verschillende grote en kleinere supermarkten, en genoeg bezienswaardigheden. Als laatste wil ik Pavel, de huiseigenaar, bedanken voor de goede communicatie en de praktische tips die hij gaf. Voor de volgende vakantiegangers, geniet van dit huisje en de vakantie!

Traumhaft abgelegen

Es war unglaublich ruhig, direkt in der Natur. Wir haben die kleine Terasse vorm Haus unglaublich gern genutzt und trotz kühler Temperaturen mit Decke auf den Sonnenliegen gelegen. Die Sauna war toll. Pavel hat uns unglaublich freundlich empfangen und uns auch Tipps für die Umgebung mitgegeben und war immer erreichbar. Wir hatten sogar Besuch von einem Rehbock im Garten. Wirklich tolles Haus.

een geweldig verblijf

we waren met 9 personen in een heel fijn huis met een enorm gastvrije host.Er stond zelfs taart bij aankomst en toen we weg gingen kregen we nog een aardigheid mee. Het huis vonden we geweldig,alles was aanwezig en netjes(zelfs een sauna).De buitenruimte was ook geweldig,ook voor in de zomer.Ook Tsjechie heeft ons hart gestolen ,aardige mensen en een prachtige natuur,kortom:voor herhaling vatbaar!

Schönes Holzhaus am Hang in der Natur

Wir waren zu zwei Paaren mit jeweils zwei Kindern und einem Baby bei Pavel im Holzhaus mit Ofen und Sauna. Es hat uns die Ruhe und der unendliche viele Schnee gefallen. Wir konnten direkt vor dem Haus ein Iglu bauen und alle Rodeln! Leider war der Pass für unsere Stadtautos mit allwetterreifen und Ketten nicht zu schaffen, dafür hat uns Pavel direkt an der Hauptstraße abgeholt. Super lieb! Alles war einwandfrei für uns - 2 Hochstühle waren da und an Besteck/Küchenutelsilien war alles da, TOP! Wir kommen gerne nochmal!

Traumhaus im böhmischen Paradies

Dieses wunderschöne Holzhaus lässt aus Sicht einer Großfamilie mit Hund keine Wünsche offen. Das Haus ist etwas abseits und dadurch sehr ruhig gelegen. Es ist als Ausgangspunkt für Radtouren, Wanderungen usw in die wunderschöne Umgebung bestens geeignet. Bezüglich der Ausstattung wird auf die zutreffende Objektbeschreibung hingewiesen. Der Kontakt mit dem sehr freundlichen und unkomplizierten Vermieter Herrn Vanatko war einfach „Spitze“. Er hat uns mit Tipps / Ratschlägen zu Ausflugszielen und Restaurants bestens versorgt. Außerdem war er bei Fragen immer zu erreichen. Erwähnt werden muss noch der leckere selbstgebackene Kuchen, der uns bereits bei der Ankunft erwartete :-) Vielen Dank noch einmal dafür. Wir haben schon viele Ferienhäuser gebucht / bewohnt. Dieses Haus gehört in jedem Fall zu den Besten! Wir können das Haus und den freundlichen. Vermieter nur weiterempfehlen. Außerdem werden wir dieses Haus mit Sicherheit wieder besuchen.
