The property is a bit old. The shower is not working correctly. We didn’t realize that we have to switch on the water heater to turn on hot water. The staff did not inform us upon check in either.

Rooms so spacious and clean.. The only problems occured when we stayed during peak hrs.. The room hasn't got any sound proof so we can hear clearly all the steps, sounds, etc from outside. The rooms on top of me so noisy with the kids running around the room til about 2am makes my sleep sooo terrible.. Thought staying a bit far from city can enjoy my holiday in peace... But so sadly :'(

Not happy at all

- There is no shampoo, no soap, no toothpaste & no toothbrush at all. - There also no rug/carpet in front of the toilet door and this can be a hassle after a wet floor bath. - Receptionist services too slow. Waiting too long during check-in and check-out. Waste time already. - Security services very fast and fantastic. Always helpful when needed. And also friendly.

Home on the go

If u r travelling with ur family and you are travelling light for more than 2 days, this will be an excellent choice. D apt comes with 2 in 1 washing mach, a 2-door fridge, a gas stove with an elec oven, a microwave oven, cookware, dishware n cutlery. A small prob is location although u hv eateries within walking distance. And housekeeping is x 24 hrs.

A clean and spacious apartment near the city centre. It has all the amenities and suitable for families with small children. It provides a private parking space.

Nice layout

No heater and the bedsheet is dirty.a bit dissappointed because during check in i have been ask to pay total 650 including 300 for security which is no issue to me..however the receptionist say would not charge my card and only hold the money as guarantee but when i check out she say can only get the money after one week.

Nice and comfortable hotel

I had a very enjoyable and comfortable stay at MCiti Suites. The apartment is safe with control of vehicles in and out, The only drawback is that the check in time and check out time took too long. Staff is helpful but not welcoming enough.

Old and poorly maintained serviced apartments

Room was dusty upon check in. Request for floor clean up the next day, but it seems like Housekeeping only swept the floor which is visible, and not under the table, at the corner of the rooms etc. Definitely no mopping. In one of the day, even my dirty dinner plate was still in the sink, not cleaned. Visible wear and tear on the floor, door, wallpaper, along the corridor. Aircon not cooling. Soap dispenser not working, took the management 2 days to fixed (why not just change the whole thing??) Non courteous security guard.

Good location & facilities

Good location and secured parking available.. Comfy, clean n good size for my family of 6.. Kitchen n bathroom facilities are adequate.. Bedrooms are quite spacious.. Recommend MCiti for those travelling with family..
