The home was very clean and nice. The check in process could have been smoother. We were supposed to get an email with the door code and we never got the email so I sent a text and eventually had to call the host who insisted she sent the code and was somewhat argumentative stating they manage 60 homes and I should check my spam folder. Hello, we are not idiots and of course we checked all email folders before we called. After a brief conversation we got the code and thank God because we just drove 10 hours. The only complaint with the home was the bed was rock hard and that might be great for some people, but it was terrible for me. The home and the community were beautiful otherwise and would recommend this home if you are ok with a rock hard bed. FYI, all the beds were rock hard so keep that in mind.
