I had a great month of February at my VRBO in The Grand. My host Beach Blue gave me excellent attention and responded to my needs. Phyliss Scott, my Beach Blue representative was fantastic! I loved dealing with her and I would highly recommend Beach Blue to anyone interested in renting a unit.

We stayed the first week of October. The property is in a nice location but it is in need of some updates in regards to painting, amenities, etc. Our unit in particular was on the 6th floor that had a balcony over looking the lawn close to the zero entrance pool. The unit itself was clean but does need new furniture and carpet as both looked a little dingy/old. The washer/dryer combo was nice to have but the current layout makes it a struggle with the dryer door (you have to see it for it to make sense). The Master Bedroom only has two small lamps/lights on either side of the bed and it is very dark in there when the sun is not out or you do not have additional lights on (there are no ceiling lights in the bedroom). Also, the water in the master bathroom makes a "squealing" sound every time the water is flushed which makes it extremely annoying at night/early morning when the bathroom is used. The pools are in desperate need of attention/repair. We were at the zero entrance pool and as I stepped on the grate, the whole thing broke which resulted in my legs going through the grate up to about my knee. I sliced my ankle up pretty good but could not report this because NO ONE works the front counter, at all. Also, at first both hot tubs were just somewhat warm but then on day 2 they closed one hot tub for the rest of the week which left one hot tub to use for all of those guests staying near that pool. Unit is too far from the beach to manage with small children.

Nice but aging

The condo was great and zero complaints about it. The property is aging and the main complaint is of the 3 elevators only one was working during most of the stay. A second one worked initially but people kept getting trapped in it so it had to be shutdown.

It was a wonderful place to stay for our vacation. We found the condo to be very clean & the condo conveniently located to the beach, dining & shopping. We will definitely consider renting this condo again for future vacations in this area.

Super Nice & Convenient

Once we got into the parking garage, everything fell into place from parking, to getting on the elevator and the condo being right there. The condo was lovely, comfortable, had everything we needed, and having the second bathroom was a bonus! Then there’s the beautiful view of the bay, and the landscape is immaculate! THEN, going down to the lobby and through the doors out to the courtyard, go to the left is a short walk to Baytowne…what treat that was! It was AMAZING!!! In addition to my comment, Ms. Phyllis, the host was just wonder and generally cared about our stay. We truly appreciate her kindness. We will definitely be back!

BFF getaway

Views, views from this 6th floor condo. From the bay to the skyline of the beach resorts. Having been in the Baywarf complex made it convenient for a variety of dinner choices after a long day at the beach. We also enjoyed a night of music playing in the common area of the Warf. Planning next years trip already!

Birthday getaway in Destin FL

First time visit to Destin and it was worth the trip. The condo was just as described as listed; it was clean, spacious, and extremely comfortable. I like that the condo was close to the Village of Baytowne Wharf. I received detailed instructions on how to check in upon arrival, the process was smooth. The condo was the perfect size for myself, my spouse and our daughter. I had a wonderful view of the water from the 6th floor. I will definitely be back to Destin, and I know exactly where to stay.

We loved our stay. View of the bay is phenomenal. This unit is located at the entrance to Baytown Wharf so it’s only a 2 minute walk to all the shops and restaurants. Property manager Phyllis is awesome!

Phenomenal Condo!

Out stay in this condo was excellent. I’d recommend this condo. It was super clean, very nice furnishings, kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. Very nice to have a shower in one of the bathrooms. The mattress on the king bed was super comfortable. The view from the balcony was amazing! The balcony furniture was great quality. Everything went smooth and easy with securing this rental. I’d definitely stay here again, if I get back to this part of Florida.

Great stay!

The condo was really lovely. Everything was perfectly clean when we arrived. The primary bedroom bed was incredibly comfortable, and the fold out sofa had an upgraded mattress, no complaints from the kids. The bay view from the balcony was perfection! Everything worked very well, and Phyllis was very helpful every time I called.
