The Pros: Proximity to beach is great. The included golf cart was a plus. Outdoor space was exceptional, very private.The floor design perfect for large groups needing separate space. The Cons: appears clean, but floors/windows dirty, door knobs /frames filthy. Outside: needs power wash on house/patio. Maintenance: empty planters with dead plants, rickety outside table and chairs, “hot tub” has loose/missing parts, skimmer on pool deck is tripping hazard, burned bulbs on string lights, dead bolt on lower master door broken in the locked position (no access/exit). Kitchen is woefully inadequate, limited/poor use of space, broken toaster. Originally advertised with hot tub which is connected to pool but not available unless you pay to heat. However heater is broken (reported over MULTIPLE stays). General impressions: nothing major wrong but all little things add up making price not worth value. Easy to communicate with Management Co., responsive to a reported maintenance issue, but fell well short when needing propane for grill (on principle, guest should not have to fill their own propane) Very disappointed with the communication about hot tub. Based on other reviews, perception is misrepresentation. When looking for a rental, this was a 10/10 in reviews but a second look (more came in since) comes in at 8.8/10. In our eyes, a 7/10. Having rented a couple dozen in the past, this is probably the third from the bottom due to the small details and perceived misrepresentation.
