I paid for a king bed room, they gave us a double queen room. They said they were sold out of king bed rooms. Makes me wonder if choosing a room is even worth it. I guess now a days you have to take what you get

The room was nice and clean. Staff was polite. However, I checked out Dec 7th before my checkout time. It is now Dec 24th. I still have no received my deposit back. I have called 4 different times. Always get the run around. Manager never on site according to them. I would not book here again for the simple fact they will not give me my deposit back.
