We had a wonderful time staying in this unit. We have stayed in different units at the same building before. It was clean, easy to access, Toddler and baby friendly. Check in/out was a breeze, and we would definitely stay here again!

Nice condo but has no beach service that’s included .

Condo is older but very clean and modernized . Everyone there was friendly. Didn’t care for the beach service that you have to pay for everyday. This is the only condo I’ve stayed in so far that it doesn’t include an umbrella and 2 chairs . As much as I like the Condo I prob won’t stay at Tops’l again because of this.

once a year vacay

the condo was great. the rental team was great. when we went to the beach some guys came and told us we had to leave the area and walk about 10-12 minutes down the beach and sit there. no one had told us we would have to hike with all our gear 1/2 mile down the beach. this was very upsetting to us.

Condo was exactly as pictured. Was able to get early access and the condo was immaculate. Perfect location, patio was great- kids got to see dolphins from the patio. Multiple pools and beach chair service were helpful. Would highly recommend.

Relaxing stay

Other than the sliding table chairs above us and the extremely uncomfortable furniture, the stay was relaxing. Sitting on the balcony and listening to the ocean is always enjoyable to us.

Our condo at Tops’l was amazing! The views from the living room, and bedroom were both beautiful! Communication with the company was great! They were super attentive, and checked on us several times a day. We had a great Spring Break, and will be booking with them again! A+++++

Beautiful stay!

This condo is amazing. It was clean, beautiful, and had everything we need for a good stay. The view from the balcony is perfect and from the bedroom you can lay in bed and have a full view of the beach through the big windows.

1. Gorgeous view 2. We’ll priced 3. Beautiful presentation of the condo 4. Very spacious, did not feel like we were stepping on each other 5. Kitchen - utensils, cooking, storage containers, etc - fully stocked and very well put together 6. Well stocked for basic needs until we were able to get settled: coffee, creamer, sugar, dawn, tide, trash bags, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher pods 7. Bath and kitchen towels - well stocked (would recommend adding kitchen wash cloth) 8: Excellent communication with the management team of the property. Really felt like they cared, reached out to us to see if we needed anything and how we were doing, and were there to assist us with every need/question we had. Very quick and friendly responses. 9: Would definitely rent this specific condo again and will be looking to book our next trip for this condo

Review of unit

Overall good. All rooms very clean except I thought the floors needed a good mopping. The remote for TV or TV box did not work every time unless the system was rebooted several times or maybe I just didn’t know how to use it. But the system is set up like mine at home. I would definitely rent this unit again
