Gorgeous beach front condo! Loved having direct access to the beach. Beautiful views from all balconies. We even saw dolphins! We’ll definitely return for another stay.

The beach view was awesome. The property opens up directly on the beach. Coffee every morning on the balcony which has 3. We had 7 people staying at the property and was perfect. The kitchen had every thing you needed to prepare meals and with 3 full bathrooms and a half bath was great also. . The only downfall about the property was the parking. It states mid size vehicles, however as we all know people don't listen. The parking spaces were taken up by oversized SUVs and pickups. So just beware. It is not the owners/property managers fault they tell the people renting the property. Over all would definitely recommend this property.

Amazing!

Property is perfect!! Only thing I can say that’s negative is the parking spaces are tight!! Bigger SUVs and trucks have a hard time parking. Other than that it’s absolutely beautiful!

I will say the manager of the property was very prompt in responding. We arrived close to midnight and we were all exhausted, the house was not very clean. The sheets were clearly not changed out prior to our arrival. When asked they did provide me with clean sheets for me to change. The keurig was not working properly and they were very quick to bring a new one. The lowest deck was not the most organized, there were a couple canopies that appeared to be broken and the light does not work. The location was great, but for the price we paid it should have been better kept and cleaned.

nice but

We loved our stay but we did have some bug issues around the middle of the week. Other than that we had a nice stay. The condo was very nice , great location to all the hot spots. Beach was awesome. We had beach chair service which was great.All in all it was a great place with plenty of room , towels, dishes etc.

Great location but not friendly for family with little children

Pros- The location of the property is ideal, beach access is convenient and views from the rooms were top notch. Kitchen is very well stocked with good quality utensils. Driving distance from good places to eat. Cons - The rooms structure is a bit deceiving. There are 3 floors, master and kids bunk bed on 3rd floor and another room with two single bed on the first floor. We had bathroom leakage issue and property manager said if the hair clogs, it leaks on the second floor, I mean really? We found cockroaches on 2 floors during our stay. Overal, location is awesome but property maintenance sucks.

Disappointed

I rented this property for my family based on location and style of the property. Upon arrival, the first thing I noticed was the awful smell of the trash sitting by the entry door. Entry to the unit was easy with the digital code sent to me before we arrived. But as soon as we entered we were kinda hit by the musty smell of what seemed like old wet wood. I thought it was just because we were low and near the beach. But quickly realized it was the whole unit. The living and dining are very pretty, I will admit. Then I saw the rather large area of the ceiling covered with what looked like black mold. I called the property management about it, and they were very quick to send someone out to take pictures. So we went on with the unpacking. While the furnishings were very nice and modern, I was quickly turned off after showering left an inch of standing water in the shower that took about an hour to drain. Didn’t think a whole lot of it until later that evening when we showered again. This time I was left standing in above ankle deep water in the shower., then was informed while still on the shower that we had a stream of water leaking into the living room around a can light in the middle of the area that was molded. By the time I’d dried off and headed to the dining room level, our electricity began flickering and eventually went out. I called the property management again. They were quick to send someone out to help get us situated. He called a plumber, but needed the electricity fixed first. Thankfully that happened within an hour or so. The plumber came out and fixed the leaking. The property management worker sprayed bleach onto the ceiling and cleaned the area….but by the time we checked out, I could see it darkening and looking moldy again. I understand these things happen, and they were quick to take care of the situation…..but I can’t help but wonder if the cleaning people noticed the mold when they cleaned it before we arrived. There clearly are issues in this unit that need to be addressed. I just hope the owners get it taken care of before anyone gets sick or has issues from the mold. It clearly didn’t just show up. It’s in the walls and that ceiling. For what I paid, I definitely shouldn’t have had to deal or worry about those issues. Other issues need work is just the cleaning in general. Hair shavings along the sinks in the master bathroom. Strands of hair in the showers. film on counters.

Beachfront Beauty

We had a blast at this wonderful beachfront condo. Miramar Beach is close to restaurants, groceries, outlet shops, movies, and activities. The condo is on Scenic 98 - which is a busy road. However, the bedrooms are beachside so road noise is not an issue. The property is very well-equipped and quite comfortable. There is quite a bit of renovation going on at this particular group of homes and occasionally parking was taken by workers. I also found some nails/screws in the parking area and that was a bit worrisome. However, the pros far outweighed the cons and we would visit again at the next opportunity!

Beautiful property

We did enjoy our stay and the property is beautiful you can tell the love the owners put into it but saw several roaches and ants. Found old Cheetos in downstairs bedroom and around couches , back porch lights were non functioning and master shower does not drain well so you stand in 2 inches of water. I would definitely go back but maybe some tweaks to the cleaning and maintenance process. process

Beautiful property!

We have been to beach areas annually for the last 7 years ranging from Gulf Shores to PCB and this property was by far our favorite place so far.. The villa was gorgeous and well maintained and the convenience of being so close to the beach was awesome! Would love to stay there again in the future!
