The location, amenities, and communication were all great! The only thing we did not like was the amount of noise from other tenants upstairs during the night. Noise to some extent was to be expected for these types of units but it was a bit more than expected during the night with a 1 year old. Otherwise, we had an amazing stay with everything being close by!

Beautiful condo and building but crowded

It was a beautiful condo and a beautiful building but it was extremely crowded. There was a group of 400 teenagers staying in the building that were very noisy. They basically took over the pools and the beach.

Just book it!!

Communication with property management was easy and prompt. Check in process just as easy. Property was perfect for my family! Loved the balcony. I would say 3-5 minutes walk to the beach. Very clean! Will absolutely book again.

We had an excellent time at the Ariel Dunes II. We were in town for a music event and the venue was right outside our door and the beach was close too! Great apartment and amenities made for an easy and comfortable stay!

Ladies Festival Stay

This is one of the cleanest rental properties we have ever stayed in. I appreciated the very short list of items to address at checkout and the overall cleanliness of the property. This unit had a lovely view, superb balcony, and was well positioned to walk the local area and enjoy our short vacation together. We rented this unit for a ladies trip and I only wish there were others adjacent with the same management company. I appreciated how responsive our host was when we had an inquiry. We are already looking at dates to return!

Amazing unit! Would stay again in a heartbeat.

This unit was great. Very clean when we got there and check-in was a breeze with just a door code. Stayed here with my husband and 4 boys ages 14, 12, 6 & 1. Enough space for all of us and the balcony was amazing. It was extra deep so we felt very safe having the kids out there as well. Great view of pool and sunsets. Thanks for a great stay!

Couple of things that might need to be addressed. No Ice Cubes from the Frid. Remote in Master needs to be replaced. Washing Machine may have a small leak and additional storage containers for left covers would be great. Our only disappointment was that you could not use the Dunes I pool also. Would have been nice because of how the sun rises.
