Beach ready

We love our stay. The house is stunning and clean. Having the beach wagon and gear ready to go saved us so much hassle. We played pickleball all morning and loved chilling on the balconies at night. Everything is nearby. Super smooth stay, 100% recommend!

Enjoyable stay

Our stay was very enjoyable. The house was sparkling clean when we arrived, and had everything we could wish for. Kate was very resourceful and always quick to reply to all of our questions. The location is convenient. We would love to make this place our annual destination if possible.

We had the absolute best trip! The house was spotless, which gave this mama major peace of mind. The kids were totally obsessed with the arcade, and that quick stroll to the beach was a lifesaver. Kate was so sweet and quick to text back. We’ll be back!

We had an amazing stay at this Destin home. The house was spotless, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location made everything easy—beach access, restaurants, and activities were all close by. The host was responsive and made the whole process smooth. Our family had a great time and would happily stay here again.

Kate responded quickly to assist us with anything we needed. The house was well equipped with everything necessary for a perfect stay and more. It was so cozy and inviting. We also thoroughly enjoyed the neighborhood. It was safe, everyone was friendly, and it was walking distance to some great spots! We were sad we had to leave!

Great Home, Great Location, GREAT HOST! PERFECT!!!

This house and location was amazing. 5 minute walk to the beautiful beach, approximately 3 miles from the outlets and shopping, restaurants near by. The host is EXCELLENT with communication and instructions. This home offered pool and beach toys and equipment. I would definitely rent from her again. My family and I didnt want to leave but reality and work called us home. Thanks to Kate for making our vacation really enjoyable. A special thanks for our treat! We enjoyed it.

We loved our stay at this Miramar Beach home. The 5-bedroom layout easily accommodated our large group with plenty of privacy. Location: An easy 7-minute walk to the beach, with a free seasonal tram that was a lifesaver for gear. Amenities: The kids loved the head-to-head arcade, and being right next to the heated pool and pickleball courts was a huge plus. Quality: Spotlessly clean, newly renovated, and a fully stocked kitchen. Service: Great communication and helpful discounts on golf carts and bikes. Highly recommend for anyone wanting a modern, fun, and convenient beach getaway. We'll be back!

A Perfect Stay

We had a wonderful time here! The house was beautiful, spacious and well-equipped. It’s clear a lot of thought went into the interior, and it really added to the overall experience. The beach was a quick walk away, and we don't have to worry about beach access. The location was also super convenient with lots of great spots to eat and shop nearby.

Definitely recommend

8 adults and 3 children stayed at the house, and we had plenty of room to live and relax. The neighborhood has tennis/pickleball courts, 2 pools, and a shuttle to take you to and from the beach. The owner is very responsive and made us feel at home. I would definitely recommend!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! The location couldn’t be better—just a short stroll to the beach. The home was spotless and well-maintained, and the host was fantastic—very quick to respond to all of our inquiries. Great time at the beach!

We had a terrific time at Miramar and our stay at La Sonadora. The house was perfectly clean and well-stocked with everything we needed, including a great assortment of beach toys, chairs, and umbrellas. We were happy, too, to utilize the tram to get to the beach; however, the walk was not bad, either. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home.
