We had an amazing stay at this Destin home. The house was spotless, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location made everything easy—beach access, restaurants, and activities were all close by. The host was responsive and made the whole process smooth. Our family had a great time and would happily stay here again.

Kate responded quickly to assist us with anything we needed. The house was well equipped with everything necessary for a perfect stay and more. It was so cozy and inviting. We also thoroughly enjoyed the neighborhood. It was safe, everyone was friendly, and it was walking distance to some great spots! We were sad we had to leave!

Great place

Great place, host was very responsive and gave clear instructions to make to the stay completely seamless. The tram was always available to take us to the beach, but the walk was not bad either. Would recommend!

We had a blast. This may very well be our spot for our trips in the future for Destin if it’s available. More than enough space for all our guests and so many things to do in the area. We loved it !!!

Wonderful Vacation

This house was perfect for our group! Easy walk to the private beach, beautiful neighborhood. Kids loved the community pools and basketball courts. House was fully stocked, clean and very comfortable. Highly recommend!

Definitely recommend

8 adults and 3 children stayed at the house, and we had plenty of room to live and relax. The neighborhood has tennis/pickleball courts, 2 pools, and a shuttle to take you to and from the beach. The owner is very responsive and made us feel at home. I would definitely recommend!

A Perfect Stay

We had a wonderful time here! The house was beautiful, spacious and well-equipped. It’s clear a lot of thought went into the interior, and it really added to the overall experience. The beach was a quick walk away, and we don't have to worry about beach access. The location was also super convenient with lots of great spots to eat and shop nearby.

Great time at the beach!

We had a terrific time at Miramar and our stay at La Sonadora. The house was perfectly clean and well-stocked with everything we needed, including a great assortment of beach toys, chairs, and umbrellas. We were happy, too, to utilize the tram to get to the beach; however, the walk was not bad, either. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! The location couldn’t be better—just a short stroll to the beach. Ideal for Group Getaways

If you're traveling with a group or family, this place is the one. We loved how roomy and comfortable the house felt, with plenty of space for everyone. Lots of board games to play. The beach was so close by. The host was very dedicated. We highly recommend.

We had an amazing stay! The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and spacious enough for our entire group. We loved the thoughtful touches—well-stocked kitchen, comfy beds, beach gear, and even board games for the kids. Perfect location!

This house was perfect for our large family trip! Tennis court right behind the property, 2 pools, and neighborhood has golf cart shuttles that will take you directly to the beach! Gated neighborhood close to all destin has to offer. Great communication, they checked in multiple times to make sure we had everything we needed.

Last minute getaway

We booked this house for a last minute getaway and honestly didn't expect much, but we were genuinely impressed at what it had to offer versus the price. It looks even better than pictures, has plenty of amenities, and is so close to the beach. The subdivision has its own private beach access so no trouble regarding public vs private beach as in other areas. Cleanliness is top-notch and the host is very dedicated. We would stay here again. Period!

Beautiful

A perfect blend of convenience and comfort! The house is spacious with a very open floor plan, which was ideal for our group. Having two master bedrooms made sharing the space so much easier. We were pleasantly surprised by how close we were to everything—restaurants, shopping, and entertainment were all within minutes. Plus, the beach was just a short walk away! Would definitely book again!

Exceeded Expectations

This house was so lovely! It was clean, spacious, so nicely decorated and it provided everything we needed while we were there. There were three families, 13 of us total, who stayed with plenty of room. It was so nice to have the pool across the street and the beach access was beautiful. The neighborhood is very nice and so well maintained. We would definitely rent this same house again on future vacations!

Beautiful place!

This is one of the most beautiful vacation house we have ever stayed at. It is new, sparkling clean, well-stocked, and tastefully furnished and decorated. We had everything we needed for our stay. There is a pool and a tennis court right next to the house. The location is very convenient; only minutes from stores and entertainment areas. The Host is very responsive and competent. We will definitely stay here again.

Clean and beautiful place

This home was just what our family needed! It was incredibly roomy, giving everyone enough space to relax. We loved having two master bedrooms—each family got their own private retreat. The walk to the beach was so quick (only 5-7 minutes or even faster if you catch the free tram), and we had the added bonus of a private pavilion for our community only, which was a wonderful touch. The home itself was beautifully designed, with a unique charm that made it feel extra special. Highly recommend!

Great for family

Our family of 10 stayed here for our summer vacation and it was a great decision. The place was clean, well-stocked, and beautifully furnished and decorated. The beds were very comfortable. Our little ones enjoyed the arcade. Pool is a 10-step walk from the house, and was surprisingly deserted, probably due to its location. (The central pool is more crowded.) The beach is only several minute walk away, but we used the tram quite often so that was a plus too. Kate was extremely responsive, as if the phone had been glued to her hand all the time. We would recommend this house to everyone who visits the area.
