Lovely hotel, nice clean and big rooms. The lounge bar is very cool and relaxing. The only flaw I found was the very average breakfast which is very expensive, far better to walk into the town and find somewhere at twenty percent of the price.

10-15 min walk to reach restaurants. Price of breakfast too expensive (30 euros) whether you can have a very descent one in a nearby restaurant for approx 10 euros. Room cleaned up but very quickly. Some things usually offered in 5* are missing in the bathroom set, but that is only details. Service by all staff, from door to the receptionist, spa center, bar and restaurant is perfect. Beds and sheets high quality.

Very nice hotel

The woman at currency exchange desk did not speak a single word of English. I tried to change my rubles back to euros, and she did not even understand the word EURO. Seriously. She was speaking Russian to me and she ROLLED HER EYES to me when I did not understand her. You call this a decent service in a good hotel? I don’t know if the hotel has outsourced this service, but I except the same service anywhere in the hotel facilities. Other minus to the room bath products. We had two persons staying and in the bathroom there were shampoo and shower gel just for one. They should also have vanity kits in their selection. Otherwise the room was nice. The bed was super good. Cleaning was ok, the room was clean but the trash bins were not emptied every day. We needed to put trashes in a plastic bag on the floor. Spa area and gym were nice. The pool is quite big and they have a good Finnish sauna. The pool water is too cold though..

Excellent hotel. Grand modern facilities. Very friendly staff in front desk and restaurant in proficiency language of English. Breakfast served modern European and Chinese food. Room is very clean, modern and comfortable king bed and linens. Bathroom is modern with separate shower, bath and toilet. Location is about 2km to city center. Swimming pool and sauna is located in Lower floor with view to garden. Highly recommend if you want luxury stay in Minsk

Vacation Stay

The hotel staff are very friendly and always helpful and polite, check in was quick and easy. English is widely spoken by the staff here. The room was spacious with a nice view of the adjoining park. Breakfast is an expensive option though at almost €33 when converted from BYN which is a shame but it was the only downside. The hotel is not the newest one in Minsk but it is well kept and clean. I would return here again without hesitation.
