훌륭한 입지,최악의 숙소

세개의 도어는 모두 주저앉아서 문을 닫을수없음 욕조는 배수구에 물이새기 때문에 아무 쓸모가 없음 침대와 소파베드 모두 쿠션과 스프링 불량해서 시끄럽고 편하게 잘수가 없음 전반적으로 청결도가 극히 좋지않고 노후가 심함 4박을 하는데 수건을 3장만 제공되므로 세탁하거나 가져와야함 주방 조리도구 부족하고 상태 불량함 프라이팬 아무리 세척을해도 찌든때가 두꺼워서 사용가능 하지않으며 조리시 필요한 뒤지개 조차 없음 팬도 때에 쩔어서 소음과 오염물이 떨어져서 사용불가함 오븐도 더러워서 사용할수도 세척할수도 없음 최악의 숙소가 분명함 오염도,청결함,노후수준 모든 항목에서 그러함 그렇지만 입지여건은 아주좋음 오페라극장과 승리광장 도보이용 가능 거리이고 수퍼마켓,카페등도 모두 가까움

Nr 46 ligger på 4:dje våning så du får vara rask i bena😉blir jobbigt om du ska släppa med dig hyrcykeln oxå.stort badrum med badkar&tvättmaskin.högt ljud från stora genomfartsgatan om du öppnar upp i köket.inga mörklägnings gardiner eller persienn,saknar full uppsättning med bestik(knivar &muggar) sängen är inte så värst bekväm.renligheten är bra och tv i både säng&vardagsrum.jag vet det är mycket gnäll i ett annars bra boende med närheten till det mesta i Minsk och jag gillar alla deras övriga uthyrningslägenheter i området😉

Många plus men även några mindre minus!!

Ännu en lägenhets vistelse i Minsk nu på Praspyekt Nyezalyezhnasti nr 46. Lägenheten ligger på 4:de våningen så ni får inte ha besvär med att gå trappor;) denna skulle vara lite "lyxigare" det ska ni ta med en nypa salt när det gäller "öst". Det var en stor och rymlig lägenhet med till o med 2 tv-apparater stort badrum med rejält badkar för 2 med dusch o tvättmaskin. köket har fönster ut mot "huvudgatan". vardags rummet&sovrummet in mot gården..sängen var inte skön då man kände fjädrarna ((..men läget är väldigt bra .nära till Tsum och bra matställen. metron ligger bara 3 minuters promenad bort. Detta är viktigt i en stad som Minsk!!! det är det snabbaste sättet att ta sig fram.. Tyvärr så räckte inte wifi i hela lägenheten!!!!!!

Nära till det man behöver för uppleva Minsk

Bra läge till tunnelbana.ca 50 meter.granne med varuhuset Tsum.snabbköp och matställe.lägenheten håller den standarden som är vanlig i "öst".vistelsen var i högsommaren och alla fönster stog öppna 27/7 och då blir trafiken störande.en ac anläggning hade vart guld värd då😉annars helt okej för några nätter om du vill ha nära till det mesta

Bra läge men sliten lägenhet..

Spartansk lägenhet som är i stort behov att fixas till.obekväm säng madrass,sliten soffa,väldigt lite köksredskap och i många olika utförande.kort sagt!!!den behöver ses över och snyggas till rejält.så om du inte har allt för stora krav så går det stanna någon natt eller två då den ligger väldigt bra till och inte långt ifrån Tsum varuhus och Metrostation bara ca 350 meter bort.finns även ett litet snabbköp i grann huset och ett lite cafe.lugnt och tyst område.det viktigaste att ha i minnet är att detta är ett "öststatsland" så ha inte förstora "krav"
