Welcome to the Nininger! A restored 1856 home in the river town of Hastings, MN! You will be just a short stroll from riverside walking paths, coffee shops, and downtown eateries, breweries, and shops. As you step inside, you’ll be greeted by inviting 10 ft ceilings and elegant, modern furnishings. Your stay includes many accommodations such as:

This home is designed with comfort and style in mind. Everything you need to feel at home is supplied. No need to make a last minute run to the store for laundry detergent or shampoo and conditioner, as all is provided for your convenience. Not to mention a well equipped coffee station and throw blankets for a cozy morning.

Once used as a hotel and school in the now ghost town on Nininger prior to being moved to its current location, this historic home has three units total, all with their own private entrances. This is unit 402 and is entirely yours to enjoy and completely private! You will access your unit using the keypad on the doorhandle using the last 4 digits of your phone number that will be set for your stay specifically

There is one security camera located outside near the parking. This security camera is not viewed unless an issue arises.

**With the property being a historic home built almost 170 years ago, the home has some creaky boards and steps leading to the upper units. It is possible that footsteps and noises are heard from the above units.

What a great place to stay! We stayed here with our adult children for our daughter’s out of town wedding. I highly recommend this VRBO. The pictures online do not do the house justice. It was very clean and well decorated. We had lots of space to store all of our decorations. The Host is so kind and very accommodating.

Great location and stay!

This Hastings home was a great location and home for our group of 6. Downtown was walking distance and there are tons of options for food and coffee. We enjoyed the proximity to local trails as well - definitely would recommend if coming to Hastings.

The host responded right away when we needed a few things. The property was beautifully decorated and spotless. The beds were very comfortable. Wish it would have been warmer outside so we could have sat out on the wrap around porch. There were 6 ladies staying and we all were happy. it is within walking distance of the downtown area. fun shops and good food at the local bar/restaurants. Would stay again.
