Enter through a private entrance to this basement studio apartment. Newly constructed in 2018, the space is well lit, insulated, and in a quiet neighborhood. Enjoy a full bathroom with laundry, and a kitchenette: 4.5 cu.ft. refrigerator, microwave, extra large toaster oven, hot plate, crock pot, pots, pans, dishes, keurig coffee machine, and full kitchen sink. 1 queen bed accommodates up to two guests.

This property was very nice. The neighborhood is really quiet. It felt very safe, as we did walk to the corner gas station a couple of times. Everything you need was there. Steve was a great host. He brought us an extra blanket as it was a tad bit cool in the space for us.

The place was impeccably clean and had a lovely, serene atmosphere to it that made it easy to relax after a long day of exploring. We had a great stay. My son attended hockey camp during the day and this was a quick and easy commute to the arena. I was able to work remotely and my son could get some rest after hockey camp. When our schedule changed, Steve provided understanding and flexibility. We will consider booking again if our travels bring us back to the area.

Roomy studio

This place was perfect for my stay in west St. Paul. Comfy bed, clean bathroom and helpful host made this stay great. I really liked the white sound machine and the mid-sized fridge. Looking forward to staying here again for future River Centre conventions and Excel events.
