The entire hotel was run down. My room was non smoking but the comforters had cigarette burns and ripped curtains. The carpets were ripped and coming up in areas. The pool was stained and freezing. The spa wasn’t working. Staff was rude. Do not stay here.

The upside was that multiple reviews here mention roaches, and we didn't see any! We were disappointed by the cleanliness of the hotel (the cupboard around the in-room refrigerator was disintegrating, the carpets felt grimy and slightly damp, there was glitter embedded in the floor and the night stands were very dusty except where there was clearly spilled liquid.) The TV didn't work until the morning we were leaving. On arrival we only had two small pillows on the bed, and when I asked at the front desk for others, they firmly said I could "only have one more" and handed me--not to be dramatic--the lumpiest un-cased pillow I've seen in a LONG time. Breakfast was fine. We didn't have a chance to use the hot tub because despite the listed in-hotel open time of 9:00 a.m., the front desk told us they didn't open until "9:30 or so." I mentioned the signs and they let us know, "A lot of things have changed. We don't know why the signs aren't right." (Other reviews mention the pool is closed until 10:00 a.m., and with checkout at 11:00, we just decided to leave.) The shower was dirty and the head was calcified, so we didn't use it. There was also a wedding with a DJ/music playing until about midnight, so sleep was rough. All in all, not a great stay, but also one of the cheapest options nearby, so.

I didn't like the smell of the room smelled like something rotten. Turning on the split made it smell worse. lamps were torn and ripped. Pillow weren't large but more like throw pillows. For the price that we spent I wouldn't recommend it to someone. only area that was decent was Breakfast and the pool

We reserved for adult grandkids and and great grandson. The kids couldn't stay in the rooms, as they were not cleaned,dirty linens and BUGS! This was not at an early check-in, but well after the room should have been ready. I am appalled that the Ramada name would allow such conditions.

Okay, but wouldn't stay again.

Pros: free upgrade to poolside rooms (the only connecting rooms available when we got there). Friendly staff. Pool was warm. Decent breakfast. Rooms were clean. Cons: Pre check-in via text didn't work, so had to go through the whole process again when we got there. Hotel is very run down. TV didn't work in one room (they did fix that). Had to text, call, and then go to the desk to ask for pillows and the TV issue. Pillows are uncomfortable. Only 1 extra pillow per room allowed. Only 3 bath towels per room (but room sleeps 4).

A good crappy place to stay.

Well....for the price, not bad. The bed was comfortable, and the shower was good. On the bad side, very run down. The furniture was all beat up, the walls dirty and holes in them where stuff was hung up. A communication barrier with the people working, broken english. It looked like back in the day, this was a nice place.

Completely forgettable. So forgettable that I had to be reminded that I’ve stayed here before with the in-laws. Check-in process sucks because they can’t give you a room key unless you pay incidental fees, even if the room is fully paid upon arrival.

Room was clean. Property is very dated, old, tired and simply worn down. I suggest closing it and performing a 100% refresh (to perfection) both inside and outside. If not, either tear it down and rebuild or cut your losses and sell the property.
