Room was terrible and wore out. The pool was closed to be fixed. Would never have thought Radison would let they brand/reputation be so poor. Will try to upload pictures. Staff are great and moved us into a room that had been renovated so the review wasn't a 1 star as I had previously intended.
Not closed for cleaning but for major repairs. Management said it was listed on their website but I booked on Orbitz where it wasn't listed closed.
Pool tore out.
The chair in our first room was worse than furniture I've seen left on the side of the road

Check in was great. We have stayed here before but this time tried the executive king room on 13th-top floor. The hallways upstairs smelled fresh, the room looked great when we checked in. Beautiful room and nice view. There is an executive lounge that was nice-pretty busy in the morning next time we will go earlier for that. Good stay

BEAUTIFUL hotel. Clean. This hotel is attached to the Mall of America, so it made everything so convenient being right there. We never had to leave the mall. We will be back.

Room was dirty. They left cleaning supplies behind, but obviously didn’t use them. The carpet had a big red stain between the beds. They charged us $35 per room per night to have joining rooms. Pretty disappointed with this stay for the money we put in for two nights.
