I had assumed this hotel would be mostly for people going to the airport like me but it was not actually convenient at all. The front door was broken so i had to go around back to get in and out. There were bo rooms available except the upper floor and no elevator, in spite of me arriving slightly before check in time. When i asked if there was anything that could be done because of my heavy suitcase, the staff person was unpleasant to me. It was noisy at night and the police showed up at one point. The breakfast had nothing fresh, just packaged oatmeal and bagels.

Hotel VERY dirty and smelly. Also in need of large amount repairs (wall paper pealing, broken windows/doors, curtains half hanging off rail, carpet ripped and stained, paint chipping, etc). Parking lot glare ice and not sanded or salted. Main hotel doors broken, so must use back entrance which was sketchy. Felt very uneasy staying here.

It started terribly. We called for the shuttle from the airport telling the dispatcher our names, our arrival flight, and the hotel name. She dispatched the shuttle to the wrong terminal, then when he ( Hector-a lovely guy) dropped us off, it was at the wrong hotel. Hector got us to our actual hotel and we were disappointed. It’s barely passable and we are used to 3 star places… this is more like a -2 or 1.

First off when we arrived at the hotel the parking lot was full of snow and ice. The front loby was in very poor condition with peeling wall paper and water damage on the walls. The hotel smelled like Marijuana. The rooms were in very poor shape with a bad smell. The only thing that went well was the airport shuttle the next morning.

The hotel was very dirty and unkept. R3ceptionist was not veru welcoming, did not have 24hr shittle like the site advertised, rooms and halls were smelly, coffee maker was missing parts, TV volume didnt work, bed had hair on it (looked like pet hair). Would not recommend.

It is pretty rundown and shabby, and the shuttle was late, and no return shuttle available to pick us up after our flight was delayed and returned at 10:45 pm. Front desk clerk left and unavailable for a long time. A strange lady with a dog was arguing loudly with her when we tried to check in. It was quite disturbing in general and not a good experience. Breakfast was terrible.
