Our stay was great but the shuttle experience, not so much. I had called for an am shuttle the previous evening. There were 5 people in our group. I was told that there was only room for 4 on the 4am shuttle so I was told to come for the 3:40am shuttle. So, I went down and the gentleman asked me what airline, I told him American, he had a couple of people in the shuttle, heading to terminal 2. He asked me if I could wait til the 4am shuttle. I told him there were 5 in our group and I was told there was not room. He said he doesn’t know who told me that but there is room. So I waited for the rest of my group to come, and guess what? They were 1 person over. Well, he had to repack the luggage and a lady had to wait. She was not happy. It seemed like the driver does not like his job! If he would’ve put me on the 1st shuttle it would’ve worked out. I feel that he didn’t want to go to terminal 2 and 1.

Room temp was 75 degrees when I arrived. Turned AC on and room got hotter. I complained and they offered a fan stating AC issues. At 2:45am room was 77 degrees so I went to front desk to ask for bottle water. I was offered one warm bottle and told I had to purchase any additional. I got zero sleep on an important business trip. I asked for a refund or some compensation and was told they don’t make enough off the room through Expedia. Not sure what that even means. Was credited one meal. Unfortunate for a $400 room…

I was assessed a $100 "property fee" by this hotel 2 weeks after my stay. The fee was only disclosed to me in the fine print near the end of my reservation email. It was not disclosed to me by the Hotel at the time of my check in or check out. I am not happy about this.

The InterContinental Minneapolis-St. Paul airport location was fantastic! I changed my lodging at the last minute because I had an early flight out (and the weather was bad). I am SO glad I did! The hotel was very clean, and they used fragrance free cleaning products which was an added bonus! My room overlooked the runways and tarmac, what fun to watch! The staff was very friendly. And, there is a dedicated TSA so you can walk from the lobby, through security, and right into the terminal!!
