When we arrived the desk clerk was on the phone and there were 2 other people waiting!!! He talked for approximately 10 more minutes before asking the first lady waiting if he could help her!!! We were tired and that is unacceptable!!!

Right off the interstate and super close to down town, us bank stadium and target centre. Staff is friendly and happy to help. Breakfast was hot and always fully stocked. We were on the first floor and it was quiet. Rooms were very clean. We travelled with another couple and they accommodated and put our rooms together.

The hotel was off the beaten path but was nice. Breakfast was a joke the whole time we stayed there was never any food. They didn't have enough staff to cover the breakfast and the one staff that was working was running around overworked. Check-in took forever as well. Nice hotel but maybe not expect to eat breakfast here and be in a rush to get to your room.
