Boaters can utilize the community boat ramp, less than a mile away, while everybody can make the most of the home's one-acre grass lot and 176 ft of waterfront property by playing yard games (cornhole, kanjam, croquet), swimming, kayaking, paddleboarding, and fishing. At night, gather around the fire pit under the starry sky, sharing stories and reminiscing on sweet memories.
After a full day of exploring the lake, go inside to play board games, do a puzzle, or curl up with a good book. Downstairs, everyone can gather for some fun-filled competition around the foosball table or at the vintage gaming system. Additional interior perks include a Pack-N-Play, baby gates, a private washer/dryer, central air-conditioning, and stellar lake views from the garage.
When you're not relaxing at home, you can spend the day sampling the many local restaurants, breweries, or wineries, play a round of mini golf, or head to Lake Anna State Park for a hike.
