This was a great private cabin. It has a fully stocked kitchen, with nice name brand items. The back porch was great for sipping coffee in the morning or grilling whiIe listening to the hot house creek roll by down below. It was a very comfortable stay.

The property was excellent, the time spent there was amazing. We just sat around the firepit and talked for 2 days. LOVED IT!

Could not have ask for more…perfect

Our host was amazing! The location as remote and beautiful. The house was exactly what we needed. The firepit saw lots of family time.

Great relaxation spot

The house was beautiful and spacious! The property manager was the best. He answered all of my questions in a timely manner. We really enjoyed ourselves. We look forward to staying here again.

Perfection

The cabin was extremely clean and smelled fantastic. Communication with the host was excellent. The cabin is easily accessible. Very secluded without being too far away from Blue Ridge.

Peaceful getaway!

This beautiful cabin is tucked back in the woods with a scenic view of a creek that is only a few steps from the back door! The cabin has wonderful furnishings and is fully stocked with everything you need. The owner was very helpful and responded quickly with any questions we had. We would definitely book again!!

Our stay at this cabin was delightful! If I could give my overall experience 10 stars I would! The cabin was awesome with the view of the creek down below, hot tub, fire pit and comfy couches to watch movies on! We had such a relaxing time making smores and going on local hikes. The Starlink WiFi worked really well. But what really set this stay apart was the customer service I received. Otto was an amazing host and extremely responsive to messages. When I got back home after leaving the cabin I realized I left a pair of earrings behind. He located them and shipped them back to me within one day! I was so impressed! I cannot say enough good things about this property and I will definitely be back.

This home is breathtaking and serene. The views, privacy, sound of the creek and amenities!!! Wow!

Otto(property owner) was super helpful taking care of a Vrbo miscommunication that almost cancelled our vacation. He was very accommodating and took care of the situation. From the time we arrived we were shocked at all of the little touches that the owners have included unadvertised. Multiple WiFi options (which saved our butts as our teenager had an online exam). Everything for s’mores, fire wood, multiple streaming services, blankets and towels in every nook and cranny , laundry and dishwasher soaps, every small kitchen appliance you could ever need, all clad and cuisinart cookware. They have spared no expense to make your trip memorable and easy. The property is amazing. The landscaping, fire pit, hammock, hammock chairs and hot-tub were enjoyed multiple times! The beds and pillows are super comfy. All around great place! Will be back!

Quiet and Tranquil

Mystic Creek Retreat was just what we wanted and the description was accurate. It is beautifully decorated in cabin theme and is very clean. We enjoyed the quiet, secluded feel of the location and yet close enough to Blue Ridge and Macaysville to enjoy the towns during the day. There are several vineyards and breweries close, as well as hiking and lakes. You can hear and see the creek from the property and a short walk down their hill to it. Only a handful of homes are back on the road so we only saw 5 other cars all 3 days we were there. So peaceful! Having the 3 en suite bathrooms in each bedroom was great and all 3 bedrooms were on separate floors so my kids enjoyed having their own space, they didn’t have to share a room! There is also an extra queen bed on the loft area. Otto was quick with an answer to any question I had. There was also a bottle of wine for the adults and everything you needed for s’mores for the kids, such a sweet touch.
