Bel endroit pour se reposer !

L’appartement est bien situé ! Dans une résidence fermée. La terrasse est côté parking et sur la route inconvénient mais cela ne gâche en rien le plaisir de profiter du lieu. Dans l’appartement vous avez tout ce que l’on a besoin comme à la maison et ainsi que pour l’extérieur c’est super bien équipé. Proche du centre de la plage. Mimizan plage est un endroit calme et agréable.

Très belle location tout neuf.seul gros bémol situé sur un boulevard beaucoup de circulation .moi qui aime le calme ridibitoire.sinon tout confort parasol chaise table qualité top.manque peut être transat et set de table .attention aussi pour air conditionné uniquement en bas salon les deux chambres à l'étage dormir fenêtre ouverte mais bruit bruit bruit.... attention à cela!!!!
