The mattress/bed to low to the floor, my key couldn't unlock the side doors or the pool area. The manger on duty had to give me excess to that area. No towels in exercise room.

This hotel does not have a hot tub, but advertises one. Also, there was a love bug infestation in my room. And the hotel is understaffed, causing you to have to do everything for yourself. Need additional toilet paper? Come down to the front desk and get it. They can’t bring it to you. They are working alone. Need additional towels and wash cloths? May as well bring your own. Had to move rooms twice because of dilapidated bathtubs. This hotel is not at all how it was advertised.
Ladybugs caught in a cup because the staff had no remedy for them.
More ladybugs in a different cup. They were all over the ceiling, walls, curtains, window, and floor.

Stayed here to do a campus tour of GCSU with my daughter. The only reason I decided to stay hete was the factor of a hotub per the pictures on the website, only to find out that the hotub was cemented in. Please update the website as this is false advertisement.
