Discover your perfect lakefront escape in this charming 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath retreat on Lake Sinclair. Start your mornings with coffee on the spacious deck, spend sunny afternoons swimming off your private dock, and end the day grilling on the patio as the sun sets over the water. Please be aware if you are considering booking between the dates of October 25, 2025 and December 1 2025 please note that Georgia Power will be pulling the water level down for dock and seawall repair during this time. This means that the water level will be several feet low during the drawdown. This may affect things such as swimming and boating. Thank you.
While the boat and jet skis at the property are not available for rent, you’re welcome to bring your own watercraft or rent one from a local marina to fully enjoy your lake days. There’s a marina just minutes away for easy access to the water.

We arrived to a clean space and wonderfully roomy outdoor areas, the deck was clean and the dock was hangout ready! We had a wonderful time exploring local hangouts and coming back to the best AC on the lake was a highlight! The beds made for restful sleep, Goldilocks style: just right! Checkout was easy and hassle free!
