We had a wonderful stay .. Just around the corner to the beach and so many shops / stores if it rains . Great time! And very clean .. which is wonderful !! A nice little home away from home .

Charming comfortable cottage. Thoroughly clean throughout. All amenities provided. Very comfortable beds. Host responded quickly to requests. Close to beautiful beaches, caual eateries & fine dining. Audubon Nature Reserve at the end of the street.

The cottage was very clean and organized when we arrived. The host had all necessary provisions on site. She even made a special trip to get fresh beans for our morning coffee. This was a last minute trip for us and we weren't very excited about the Milford area, but we were pleasantly surprised by the location of the cottage- near a very good ice cream shop and a great restaurant for a lobster roll. We are definitely thinking of coming back next year for a full week and also bringing extended family, on condition that we can find as nice a place as the cottage that can sleep 8 people. Overall, great stay!

Cute and comfortable place with everything we needed, thanks to the thoughtful hosts. Very close to multiple beaches, with good restaurants and ice cream shop within close walking distance. We had a lovely time.

We had a great stay!The cottage was very comfortable & clean.There was a great instruction / restaurant suggestion book for us.It wasn't too long of a walk to Walnut Beach.Ice cream was a short walk!No more than a 15 min drive to some wonderful restaurants!

Summer fun in the Sun

We had a great time staying in your lovely cottage. We loved this cozy and clean place with a pet friendly and fun neighborhood! Great opportunities, bike riding, bird watching at the Audubon Center and ocean kayaking. Also, some helpful hints: clean the outdoor grill and provide instructions on how to turn the gas on and off. Please provide a kitchen cutting board for chomping all those summer veggies!Thank you!

The cottage was exactly what we wante… close to the water, close to The Tyde restaurant where we were able to walk to the wedding. The cottage was clean, the central air was perfect on these hot-humid summer days, appliances were new, nice little porch out back. Everything worked out great for out trip!

An enjoyable stay in Milford

Great location within walking distance to Walnut Beach, Silver Sands State Park, a few restaurants, and ice cream. The cottage was very clean and had everyhing we needed to make our stay comfortable. Donna was an excellent host.

Cozy little beach cottage.

Unfortunately it rained almost the whole time, but the beds were comfortable and the TV was easy to use. My only criticism is the couch was kind of lumpy and worn out. Other than that, I enjoyed the space very much.

Perfect relaxing getaway stay

Very clean 2 bed house, all amenities and peekaboo view of the water. Well stocked kitchen for all your cooking needs and short walk to restaurants (Mexican restaurant a few hundred yards was great) and a nice welcoming bar.Highly recommended !

The back porch water view is the star

This is a cute, very small place in a nice location, with a peaceful view of the water from the back stoop (with 2 chairs!) You can hear the water ripple on the shore. Also a very quick walk to a nice little commercial district, complete with an ice cream shop. Was very easy to communicate with the host, which I really appreciated!

Wonderful!!!

I booked this place for my mother and her friend to visit family up north and this place was true perfection for them! They raved about how clean, updated, easy to park, great amenities and location it was! The owner was so responsive out of the gate. My mom loced it so mych she asked me ahead to check dates around the holidays when we head up again but the house was booked. We'll hopefully book again another time, we head up to see family about 4 or 5 times a year. Worth the booking! Thank you!!!!

Endless opportunities for activity

Practically on the beach, and centrally located between a wildlife refuge and a state park, with Long Island and NYC less than 2 hours away. Local pizza at La Catrina was epic. Joggers and dog walkers aplently. The only thing that would have made this stay more perfect would have been to bring our pet rabbit along. Oh wait, we did! It was an excellent stay!
