What a Great Relaxation

We do long family road trips every year. This was the longest one drive we have had. After 19.5 hours in the car, we pulled into Miles City Hotel and Suites. When we walked into the lobby we were instantly impressed. It was clean, quiet and the front desk staff was friendly. They quickly checked us in and directed us to park closer to the other end of the lot because it was closer to our room. When we entered that door, there was a luggage rack in the entrance (awesome!). Right around the corner when we walked in was our room. Given the hotels proximity to the highway and how close our room was to an outdoor entrance, there was a concern for how much noise. I can honestly say its one of THE quietest rooms we have stayed in. The room was big and comfy. The pool and hot tub were a welcomed treat after a long drive and the breakfast, while buffet style, was home made AND served to order. The assortment of drinks, food and treats was a great way to kick off the next leg of our trip. We will absolutely stay here again!

The hotel isn’t the most updated, but they do a great job with making you feel welcome by their friendliness, cookies/snacks in the lobby, departure gift, and nice breakfast, etc.

We love Miles City. We always book with them when we come through. The staff is so great, the breakfast is always wonderful and they always have water & some type of soup when you check in. My only dilemma this time was the carpet of our room was kind of gross. It may be time to do some carpet replacement. Other than that, we will always book at Miles City Hotel & Suites!

I liked the lobby and dining area decor. Rooms need upgrades both in decor and electrical. Beds were comfy and the room has a cute dining table. Guest laundry worked good. Breakfast was great: hot food options, fresh fruit, cereal, parfait and lots of other yummy items. Coffee, hot tea and water bottles available 24hrs a day. Pool needs resurfacing. Overall not bad just needs a little help.

The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. They informed us that they have cookies as well as pretzels available at anytime as well as a pot of soup in the evenings complementary. They also have cappuccino and coffee available (free!) as well! The rooms are very nice and clean and nicely appointed. The complementary breakfast was wonderful with a large variety to choose from. The morning of our check out there was a goodie bag of snacks on the door of our room! The entire experience guarantees that we will stay here again!
