Pésima experiencia de hospedaje

Para el acceso al edificio tuve que estar en una larga llamada con los números de contacto y luego tuve que subir por las escaleras para recoger la llave que abre el ascensor y el departamento. El departamento está muy viejo, los muebles están viejos y los acabados del departamento ya están viejos y el piso está botado, las puertas de los baños no cerraban, no tiene buena luz en las áreas comunes, una de las habitaciones es muy fría y nunca se pudo prender el calentador. No había papel de baño ni jabón para las manos, y mucho menos productos para la higiene personal. Cada vez que salíamos del edificio, teníamos que marcar para pedir acceso y teníamos que estar peleando con contestadoras.
