Property was as described. Communication was great. Location is very good. Dropped a star because of the noise made by the garbage men at 4:00 am (studio is on the ground floor and garbage for all the apartments is located in the central area).

Hostess Elisabetta was wonderful. Very helpful and attentive and met us at the door on our arrival. This studio was an excellent location to Old town Milan, Duomo, restaurants and the Metro. VERY easy from train station to studio. It was great to have a little kitchenette to make our own breakfast and lunch. We were even able to do some laundry while here. (Washer only, no dryer) If you desire luxury bedding, linens and towels however, this place may not be for you. The mattress, bedding and towels are outdated. This little studio is located on the inside of a small courtyard, so there is very little natural light and no view. But definitely very safe. We did enjoy our stay even while not sleeping comfortably.

We loved our stay here. It was pretty big compared to some of the other places we stayed throughout Italy. It had everything we needed, and we were even able to cook ourselves some homemade fresh pasta using the kitchenette. The host was very nice and communicative, and even let us know the best way to get to the airport upon check out (taking a cab to the train to the airport, which saved us a lot of money). The washing machine worked well and we were glad to be able to wash some essential items. The house is a little cold, but the host provided lots of blankets and a space heater, which worked well. There was quite a bit of construction right outside the house while we were there, which made walking directions a little more confusing, but it is very conveniently located near all of the big attractions (Duomo, Galleria Vittorio, Navigli, Brera). Overall we would definitely come back here.

Great location near the Duomo, just be wary of the summers

We loved this spot for how close it was to everything in Milan, and all of the information left by our host was perfect, she was so great in communication for all the information we needed. My only note would be the A/C unit seemed to be struggling with with the summer heat. We chose this time of year to travel but I would recommend bringing a fan or something to get some air moving while in the house. Other than that it was a great stay, I would love to see the city at another time during the year for sure.
