Exceptionally clean, comfortable room: excellent bed, new bathroom, high-end fixtures. The breakfast served every morning was first-rate, including options far beyond continental minimalism (though the selection of pastries reminded me of a well-stocked patisserie). Eggs and bacon, pancakes, the works. The staff was helpful and outstanding in providing advice for neighborhood dining. I will definitely return to this hotel on my next visit to Milan.

They are so friendly and welcoming! From the moment we entered to the moment we checked out. They accommodated our many luggages to drop off so we could start our journey prior to check in and assisted us with directions. They upgraded us out of the kindness of their hearts. Could not say enough good things about them! They are right in the strip where all the major stores are - so convenient!

Hotel was really good and staff were great with the below caveats. The television kept turning itself on (00:30 and 07:30, as well as other times). The waste for the shower blocked such that the shower tray overflowed and flooded the bathroom - although both of these were reported so hopefully would by now be fixed. Whilst there was a free breakfast provided, Hotels.com did not advertise this and when I notified the hotel of this, the receptionist was pretty useless and didn't really take any ownership to resolve the matter (which is a little strange as it is to the Hotel's advantage). Other than that, it was fab, and really cool in spite of the heatwave.

fine stay but .....

Pleasant weekend spoilt somewhat by the fact the air conditioning was not on and the room was warm. It was between the summer and winter season which is why it was not working.
