The hotel feels like a basic 3-star property. It was clean and warm enough, which made the stay comfortable. The pillows were okay but could have been better. Breakfast was very basic and disappointing, with little variety and food that didn’t feel fresh. On the positive side, the staff were polite and helpful. The location is very good, close to the train station and metro, which is very convenient for getting around Milan.

Everyone at the hotel was super friendly, even when I needed a late check in at 11:30 PM one night. I would definitely return to this hotel, as I felt safe and it was within walking distance of many shops, restaurants, and public transportation.

Upper end in price, but we had very poor internet service and showers that were lukewarm at best. The breakfast was exceptional and the large comfortable lobby was a plus. The staff was helpful and efficient.

It’s about 10 min walk from the Central Railroad Station. Quite a few places to dine and a grocery store just cross the street. The hotel is dated but the rooms are not small.

This is a great historic hotel with beautiful marble and wood work throughout. Spacious rooms for a historic European hotel. Good amenities. Super close to transportation. Surrounded by good dining options. Great little market across the street. Only a mile from the Cathedral and other sites.
