The staff and manager were terrible. They insisted that I needed to book an extra room for my infant who couldn't sleep in a room by themselves. They knew I wouldn't be using the room but still forced me to pay for it. Then we get to the rooms and they were stinking and when asked about AC, they said it wasn't working. Terrible all around.

If you think you booked your hotel WITH breakfast make sure to triple check as we did not get ours included which was very disappointing. Hotel was very well and centrally located. Good room. The staffs are very friendly and room is very clean. Very close proximity to Milan Central Station. The hotel has elevator and a free coffee/tea and snacks in the lobby. We got a free room upgrade which is wonderful. Highly recommend this hotel in Milan.
