The checkin was quick and friendly front desk. The elevator was very small. About 3 1/2 feet by 6 feet long. Way too small for luggage and people. The items like sewing kits, etc. in room were nice since room was a bit dated with hard bed and smelled like smoking even though non smoking room. The free shuttle to and from hotel plus location made it convenient for us since only staying overnight and leaving in the morning. Overall rate as 3 and feel convenient for our purposes.

We had a 7 am flight the next morning so staying at this hotel for two nights with free parking was perfect. Staff were friendly and helpful. We had a family room and it was very spacious. Every day they put drinking water in the room for us. There were snacks also. Air-conditioning worked very well. Bathroom was clean and big. A little bit noisy at night as there was a concert and a party downstairs. Party went on till early in the morning but luckily the noise was below our bathroom so it didn’t bother us too much. Free shuttle to the airport and train station. Convenient.

Perfect place to stay before a flight. Very clean, very spacious and the shuttle service is so convenient. The only issue we had was that we couldn’t get the shuttle to the airport the morning of our flight because it was full. We ended up having to call a taxi so we would get there on time. But, taxi to the airport is only 15 euros, so not a huge deal. I would still recommend.

Hotel needs to inspect some of the family rooms as there was a smell of sewer coming in when entering our room. Hotel staff obliged and gave me a bottle of Freeze to breath easy!

Best Western Linate went above and beyond in my opinion. It is close enough to walk to from the airport, but they offer a free shuttle and you can also use the shuttle to go to the metro station and in 12 minutes you are in the city center. So convenient. Hotel was clean and staff was great. Would stay again.
