Great for family weekend

Crowed but perfect for families. Lots of child friendly activities including 4 hours of daycare (4+) included. Restaurants on site and functional kitchenette. Would stay again.

das Resort erweckt den Eindruck einer hochfrequenten Massenabfertigung. Der Check-in war mit >2,5h Wartezeit in der endlosen Schlange eine reinste Katastrophe. Die 2 Rezeptionisten waren total überfordert und aufgrund wachsender Unzufriedenheit der Gäste sehr patzig. Abendessen bis Max. 18:30 ist zu knapp, vor allem am Anreisetag, da Check-in erst ab 16 Uhr möglich. Die Auswahl und der Geschmack gleichen eher dem einer Kantine. Frühstück war nicht der Hit, jedoch ok. Das Apartment war modern und geräumig. Abgesehen von der versifften, halbherzig bezogenen Matratze war es auch sauber. Schwimmbad ist nett, dennoch nicht zu vergleichen mit Aquadom oder Lalandia. Das Gym war für mich der einzige Ort für die volle Punktzahl. Zusammengefasst war unser Aufenthalt okay, jedoch buchen wir es sicherlich nicht nochmal. Für uns überhyped, überteuert und lustlos.

Das Schwimmbad müsste für die Hotelgäste komplett inkludiert sein oder zumindest 3 Stunden statt einer Stunde und dann mit Aufpreis

Der service war dieses mal leider grauenvoll. Wir mussten mehrmals nach den fehlenden bettbezug fragen. Und dafür immer lange warte zeiten an der Rezeption in kauf nehmen. Desweiteren wurde für üarkhaus und Bademantel eine Caution gefordert. Diese wurde sehr schnell eingezogen. Aber bei der Auszahlung dieser gab es wieder Probleme. Wo wir wieder sehr lange an der Rezeption gewartet haben um eine Lösung herbei zu bringen. Der Service ist Verbesserungenswürdig.

Die Zimmer waren sauber. Ich hätte mir bei den kleinen Küchen im Zimmer gewünscht, dass es etwas ausgestatteter wäre z.b. einem Topf mehr um dort auch selber was kochen zu können. Die Parkplätze sind pro Tag recht teuer. Den Fernseher konnte man nicht wirklich nutzen ,da das bett ungünstig stand

Jeg skriver sjældent anmeldelser, men dette hotel er desværre en stor skuffelse. Der mangler fuldstændig kontrol i receptionen, og personalet virker hverken veluddannet eller serviceminded. Morgenmaden er dårlig og mangelfuld, og oplevelsen er generelt kaotisk. Desuden blev vi ikke informeret om, at adgang til poolområdet kun gælder i én time, og at man skal betale ekstra for mere tid. Det er virkelig dårlig information og ikke i orden, når man kommer som familie og forventer en hyggelig weekend. Jeg har besøgt mange hoteller i Polen med gode oplevelser, men dette er uden tvivl det værste. Hotellet ser flot ud på billederne, men virkeligheden er en helt anden. Jeg kan desværre ikke anbefale det til nogen.

Das Konzept ist nicht ganz durchdacht. Es fehlen Ablagen in der Dusche für Hygieneprodukte, so das man diese auf den Boden stellen muss. Beim Essen fehlen Servietten auf den Tischen, gerade mit kleineren Kindern ist es komfortabler. Es gibt eine Menge Angebote für die Kinder, die zum Teil kostenpflichtig sind. Gerade der Aquapark ist nicht inkludiert. Des Weiteren erfolgt kein Handtuch Austausch und muss ein Tag vorher angemeldet werden. Bei uns war lediglich ein Duschtuch und zwei Handtücher vorhanden. Die Betten sind bereits durchgelegen und der Topper rutscht extrem vom Bett. Man benötigt ungefähr 2 min bis zum Strand und 5min zur zentralen Promenade.

Das Hotel ist sehr schön und sauber. Was uns jedochvgestört hat, dass alles extra kostet und man schon einiges für Betätigungen wie schwimmen, parken, spielen und Ähnliches extra kostet. Die Lage ist jedoch echt schön und für eine Woche Ostsee gut geeignet, wenn man sich außerhalb der Anlage die Zeit vertreiben möchte.

Wir sind spontan übers Wochenende angereist. Die Anlage ist riesig und es gibt viel zu spielen für Kids.. Den Preis für den Aquapark find ich happig aber ansonsten waren wir sehr zufrieden

Super dårlig service igen sprog kommunikation vi spurgte 4 gang om det gad at gøre rent på værelset bliver gjort da vi tjekket ud et hotel som hedder Aqua hotel skal at i gang været gratis vi skulle betale for at komme ind til bad landet morgen mad var super dårlig var masser af fluer vi valgt ikke at spise begrund af hyggejerne årsag der

Die Angebote für Kinder Unterhaltungen sind reichlich vorhanden, mit der Familie sollte man aufjedenfall mal zum AQUA Resort hinfahren! Der Wasserspielplatz hat den Kindern sehr gefallen. Wenn man mit dem Pkw im Resort angekommen ist, braucht man kein Pkw mehr, (Garage ist vorhanden ist aber etwas zu teuer) alles ist gut zu Fuß erreichbar. In der Umgebung gibt es sehr gute Pizza, Döner Kebab (an der Seebrücke),Eis und Pfannkuchen ,wenn man außerhalb essen gehen möchte. Der Strand war leider sehr überfüllt , aber sauber.

Das Hotel bietet viele schöne Freizeitmöglichkeiten, vor allem für Kinder. Die Lage ist super, Ausflugziele in der Umgebung sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Unser Zimmer war sauber und modern mit kleinen Mängeln (z.B. Waage ohne Batterie, defektes Kartenfach). Die Parkgebühren ist sehr hoch und auch der Eintritt in den Wasserpark ist viel zu hoch (60€ für zwei Stunden mit 2 Erwachsenen und 1 Kind). Die Buffetauswahl ist leider nicht sehr vielseitig, es ist sehr laut im Restaurant und die Servicekräfte kommen mit dem Tische Abräumen nicht hinterher. Der Außenpool und der Wasserspielplatz waren im August (!) geschlossen.
