Just a great overall experience, we had a terrible AirBnb experience and we were stranded, we found this property last minute, and I was absolutely mind blown about how great the experience was. It was a fair price, free parking, no hidden fees. We plan on coming back here, especially to explore Midland, and especially what it has to offer! Great things to know, it is very close to a lot of the restaurants nearby and everything else is less than 5-10 minutes of a drive. The rooms are beautiful, they are even better than most of the hotels I have ever stayed in Niagara. I definitely recommend this!

Although the location is convenient to roadway, the actual quality of this lodging is far below guest satisfaction. Rooms have adequate size but sound insolation is far less than acceptable. Dated interior. Both walls andnceilings need serious updates.

Got a surprise 120 dollar charge, the room wasn't cleaned over the four days we were there (even just swapping towels would have helped) breakfast was what felt like week old bagels and bread, with a few spreads, then hash brown and sausage with cereal. The TV was tiny and the coax cable was just hanging out of the box when we got there, when I went to fix it it looks like it just wasn't mounted to a connector, and could only be balanced in the socket. Whicha additionally the cable box itself didn't have anywhere to sit and just balanced behind the TV. There was a used roll of toilet paper still there from the previous person, yellow stains all over the bath, and red marks on part of it. The wifi cut out every 10 minutes or so which made working difficult although it was only for a couple seconds. The TV also randomly turned it's screen and sound off every couple minutes for a second which was strange (even when using the HDMI input) The super 8 or just about any other hotel in the area would have been better and we are certainly not going back there.
