Great hotel, very clean rooms and public areas. Staff is VERY polite and professional, breakfast could be a bit better. Two main negative points: 1. Paper cutlery and plates for breakfast, very bad idea and doesn't make any sense for the amount you pay, lower cost chains down the road offer metal cutlery. 2. Feather pillows kill your neck, ask front desk for foam ones they will happily provide you with better pillows.

The property was in the process of changing owners. The rooms were small and dated with linens that needed to be replaced. Reception was not obvious. Directed to ring a buzzer. The room had all the necessities for a 1 night stay. Comfortable beds.

the booking process with Hotels.com was awful. I didn't receive any confirmation e-mail or confirmation number. After extensive searching through e-mails with no result, a week later I decided I must have missed the last 'click' during the rezo process , so I booked directly with the property. The property is fantastic , staff are super friendly and helpful

We stayed three nights. The room was exactly want you want: clean, comfortable, quiet and everything worked accordingly. Breakfast was good (outmeal, scrambled eggs, hard boiled eggs, bacon or sausage, toast, hashbrowns, waffles, yogurt, topping, juice, coffee and fruit). I used the exercise room each morning (3 or maybe 4 treadmills (can't remember), 1 eliptical, 1 peloton bike, free weights and a standing arm thing (sorry, I don't know the name). Every thing worked with towels and water provided. I didn"t use the pool but it's directly across from the weight room. I only saw it being used once in the morning by a mom and child. I've stayed here before when the hotel first opened which is why I choose it again. It lived up to my expectations. I would definetly stay again, and I would recommend it to others.

Very cold and impersonal welcome during check in. This is surprising as there were no other guests at the front counter. I also thought it was very rude to ask the name of my guest during check in. I have not been asked this before at any other hotel.

No vent in the bathroom. Fridge was so noisy it kept me from sleeping. Like most hotels everything echos but hearing the guy above/beside me enjoy his company intimately... Clearly not enough soundproofing was used during construction.
