Host was really communicative, however, upon arrival the central heat and air didn’t work, which was resolved at almost midnight the first night by a maintenance worker. It was also brought to the hosts attention then there was a red substance on the head board as well as some of the bedding, and it was turned around that it was more than likely from our children, even though our children hadn’t even been in that room nor did they have any food in unit yet. Also the water pressure in the bathroom was poor. Despite all the faults in the unit, the host maintained professionalism, and attempted to address our concerns.
