The house was amazing! I absolutely love old houses so searching the history of it was interesting. It would be nice to provide a little more information in the home about the history, but I understand not everyone cares for that kind of thing so it's not a deal breaker.I don't recall the listing stating there was no ac downstairs, but it wasn't something a few fans in the stairway didn't fix.The second kitchen was a major bonus! The main kitchen has everything you would need away from home, but that also took all the cabinet space. We left all our pantry items there and gathered what we needed on a meal to meal basis.The communication was lacking. I used the "message host" feature and was directed to contact someone else, who did not respond. Luckily any other questions I had I was able to ask the young man staying in the barn.Also, a helpful item to leave for renters would be a list of recyclables and how it needs separated. We are from a state that doesn't require recycling and I wasn't sure how to separate appropriately.All in all the house was amazing and I would definitely stay again next year when we come up if it's available.
